Party Connection and Costume

I wish I could say my experience with Party Connection was a good one. They had the supplies I needed for the wedding but were very disorganized, misplacing our invoice and blaming it on us, not returning phones calls, and then not delivering the product in the manner they said they would. The lady just did not seem to have things organized or together, many times asking our name & the date of the wedding again and again.

Many times I had to call again & again more than once to get a hold of her after leaving a message or the lady saying she would get right back to me and she didnt. The product was to be delivered 2 days before the wedding in a trailer, when I arrived at the venue the day before the wedding I found it laying out on the concrete not in a trailer. The owners of the venue were kind enough to move the table clothes, water pitchers and mirrors inside for us. When I called about this I was then told how difficult I had been to work with that I had changed my order so many times and that I couldn't keep anything straight! I was also told that he venue had told her they did not want her trailer parked there so that is why they didn't bring it.......when I asked the venue about this they said they never talked with her.

I would not recommend you using them or ever use them again myself. They never did bring a trailer down like she said they would and we had to leave their stuff stacked outside again in the care of the venue owners. We also got items from Party Palace and they were much easier and smoother to work with. We were told we would get a refund but have yet to see it :-(

This place is a scam. Needed a costume for Halloween so I rented one. Limited selection but had what I needed. Returned costume 1 day late and there was a note saying "return around the corner at X office"

I received a call a few days latter and told said person that I had returned it. Thought everything was cleared up. I received a collection letter in the mail requesting that I pay for the full cost of the costume. I called again, The person on the phone seemed disorganized and said they were missing some names on the returned items. I told her I returned the item but she didn't seem interested, She just wanted my name. I had to remind her to take my number and said call me if anything happens so we can get this cleared up. She advised me that she would call the collection agency and cancel the invoice.

At this time I do not have confidence and have taken note of all correspondence. I attempted to contact the collection agency to dispute the charge and I was unable to reach anyone or even leave a voicemail.

My advise, don't rent anything from them. they are disorganized, dishonest and can't seem to grasp the concept of "customer service" you don't send your customers to collections because you don't keep adequate records, you don't instruct them to deliver your returned merchandise to some other location because you want to cut overhead and you certainly do not threaten legal actions 5 months later without at least attempting to contact your customers yourself!! (my number, address and all information was listed!)

Not open a lot and the times I think should be longer
