Ledgestone Hotel Yakima

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay Ledgestone hotel and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Yakima area! Karina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we appreciate her warm friendly smile when walking in! Karina’s customer service is out of this world and she contributed greatly to a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend with my family! We were greeted by Briseda this afternoon and her customer service and friendly smile was just as amazing! Our room has plenty of space to entertain and rest!
Always upon arrival of a hotel I will go through and wipe everything done, I did not feel the need to do that here! Our room and hotel was sparkling. We all slept wonderful and our beds were comfy cozy! I applaud 👏 this hotel and staff! We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised with The Ledgestone. The room was perfectly clean when I arrived. The room is HUGE for the price. I've lived in apartments smaller than this. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cook pots and basically everything you need.

If I'm going to be picky about anything here are a couple of things:

The desk could be a bit larger and stable. I almost tipped it over twice!

The beds aren't bad. Not great either. Barely good. Since you've got everything else so perfect, put some cushier beds in! Or maybe just mattress toppers with a few inches of plush.

The staff I interacted with were super nice. Since this is an extended stay hotel, I encountered a couple of folks who extend guests. And they were also extremely nice and helpful. Helped me find the vending and ice stations.

Oh they do have a 24/7 gym. Quality Precor treadmill and elliptical and a couple of other pieces. And a full laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers.

After arriving at another hotel, I had reserved I found it to be disgusting, we drove around and found this Hotel and was greeted by friendly staff member whom put us into a wonderful room. Will definitely stay again.

Was just in awe! It was perfect!!! Along with the location!!! Stores and food right across the street!! The price was perfect too!!!

Huge room with full small kitchen, little living room, bedroom, and sweet bathroom for the cost of a typical hotel room w/o the kitchen and separate bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked for 4.

Awesome hotel. Very clean and affordable. Rooms felt like you were in your own condo.

If you are in need of a home away from home, look no further. Amazing place great place clean and we'll organized. Will definitely stay in the future. extended stay to say the least. They definitely put their best foot forward. Complimentary laundry that is clean and free with your stay.

Great and friendly service. Clean rooms. Love that there is an almost full kitchen (no oven) for my extended when stays. Only complaint is that the bathrooms don't have fans, though to that seems to be characteristic of Ledgestone Hotels elsewhere. And the doors into the hotel room isn't very sound proof. But didn't really have issues with loud hallway dwellers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating in person and on the phone.
The rooms were immaculate.
The only thing is they don't do Do Not Disturb Signs, you have to let them know you don't wish to be disturbed by maid service.
At the time I was there, last two weeks of July, they came on Mondays.
Wear a mask!

Great rooms...and I stay at places all over the country. They are more like studio apartments than cold hotel rooms. Quiet, clean, with extras you don't expect--like the separate bedroom with another TV and the dish washer, stove, and complement of pots and pans. I can't say enough on the quality of my stay here.

We were in town for a memorial service for a former colleague. They let us check in early, so we could change for the service and freshen up after being on the road for 4 hours. They gave us the bereavement rate which we weren't expecting. Rooms were clean and we had a good night's sleep before heading home. Definitely would recommend and stay again should we return to Yakima.

Our room was very nice. 1 bedroom with a separate living room. The staff was great. The rates were reasonable. We had other commitments so don't know if they have a continental breakfast or if so, how good it is.
We stay here again when in town.

This praiseworthy hotel is just one year old (as of March 2018) and it looks and feels great... it's so modern, fresh, and clean!
• Beds are very comfortable, with high-count sheets and fluffy-but-firm pillows (4 to each bed !)
• Towels are soft and high-quality, generously sized, and smell nice.
• My room was spacious (2 queens), with two upholstered arm chairs, two benches, a table and chairs, nice lighting, spotless carpeting.
• Large bathroom outfitted with top-notch fixtures and toiletries.
• Exceptionally clean kitchenette stocked with good-quality essentials.
• Thermostat on the wall, quiet fan. Free wifi, plentiful outlets.
• Check-in was a breeze, cost was low, staff friendly and efficient.
I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were very pleased and will be staying again.

Had a great stay here. The hotel has free parking, free laundry(you proivde own detergent), and is very quiet. The room was great with a small kitchen and is basically like a smaller one bedroom apartment. I would stay here again for sure.

The rooms are absolutely wonderful. The facility is fantastic. We appreciate how they provide a laundry basket particularly for those Extended Stays. We got a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower. We liked how there was a ledge on the shower so the water did not spill out onto the floor. One of the things with the shower that was not well thought-out was that the shower head is on the far wall while the seat in the shower is on the other far wall. There is no way to reach the shower head while sitting on the seat. The shower head is handheld so it creates a bit of a problem when it cannot be reached or put back in place while sitting down.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Would recommend. The room was fantastic. My one complaint is the room heater was a bit noisy and didn't work really well.

We had a wedding party staying at the Ledgestone last weekend and it was a great experience. From the time we booked a few months ago through our stay, the staff was helpful, gracious and wonderful (they let me into the rooms to decorate and leave baskets)! I will have my friends and family stay here again!

just a fabulous place to stay. felt very comfortable. more like an apartment than a hotel room. wasn't expecting that. you feel at home.

What a clean friendly hotel. We had a small suite and it was wonderful. Kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, dishwasher. Living area with comfortable seating and a TV. Two queens, TV, and a bathroom. Fresh coffee in the lobby.
