Natural Animal Veterinary Clinic

I absolutely love the staff at Natural Animal. They have taken care of my Oreo with care and compassion like no other vet I have ever taken my animals to. Doc is so gentle and kind and you don't find many vets like him that explain everything so thoughtfully. His love of animals is very evident. What an amazing staff. Thank you!

My parents have been taking their pets to this clinic for over a decade and rave about the Vet himself and the staff there.

I recently moved back to the area and my dog was due for some of his 3-yr vaccines. So, I figured I would try this place out. I'm used to taking him to a more modern (and more expensive) veterinary clinic for his healthcare, and medications, so I think I can compare this vet with a more modern clinic.

I will say I was slightly put off by their record keeping, it's old school filing cabinets with your dogs information and records updated on your pets individual note card and put in the cabinets. I'm sure it works fine, just not something you're used to seeing nowadays.
Still giving this place 5 stars. They got me in a couple days after I called to see if they were accepting new patients. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested/invested in my dogs health even though he was there for just a couple shots.

I believe this clinic might get more clients and be more efficient if they were to catch up with the times a bit and have digital records to back up their hard copies as well as incorporating other technologies that up-to-date clinics (that I've been to) have to make things easier for the pets owners (like an app for the clinic with your pet having its own profile with all it's health info in there).

Very reasonable fees. They can usually get you in pretty quick. We are very blessed to have a natural medicine Veterinarian in our area. It’s very rare!

This has been the family vet for years! We are treated w respect, our animals are treated w compassion. They feel like family and I wouldn't trust any other vet for my animals!

Dr. Heinert has been my pets' vet for many years. I trust him with all of them. He cares for them and is great with the pet's humans,too.

The Best Vet to take great care of your pet, I recommend him to everyone. Wonderful people and atmosphere. You couldn't ask for a better Vet. I love this place they treat your animal like it's they're own. Now that's one happy dog just got home from the vet Gizmo my 101 lb. Lab/ chow

Dr. Heinert and his staff are always so very kind and caring. I go to him regularly today unfortunately I had to send my cat to the rainbow bridge, the doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful so caring. I feel so grateful to have the natural animal veterinary clinic to take my fur babies to when in need. Thank you everyone at natural animal veterinary clinic.

Dr Heinert is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He's a life saver and a money saver! You won't find another bet around that can do all of the things he can do for your pet !

Took my 4 year old and 5 month old in for a check and rabies shots today , I was a first time client and very happy . The staff was very friendly and professional, treated my babies like their own . Very informative and answered all our questions. So happy to have found a caring vet !

They took very great care of my Bellsers(Velcro). Anna Wellness wanted $600 to pull all her teeth. Here they took the time to examine her mouth. Found the issue took care of her for less then half & she still has her teeth. Well worth the drive from Erie would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them. Thank you again

I can not say enough good things about this office. My dog has been struggling with allergy related skin issues like scabs, itching, and hair loss since she was a puppy. I decided to try homeopathic medicine since I was tired of her being on and off apoquel and was noticing behavior changes when she was one it. Her skin has changed drastically. No scabs, less itching and no hair loss. I 100% recommend this vet if your dog struggles with Allergies! Tryst the process and stick to the health plan they give you It works!
