I had lost power to my garage. Manny and his apprentice, Jose, came out. They were very thorough and checked all possible points of issue. They quickly discovered a severely corroded portion of the overhead power line. They cut out the bad portion and fixed it. Manny was able to answer all of my questions along the way and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I always have great service from Wattsmart and highly recommend them.

Great experience! Manny, the electrician that came out to our house did an awesome job. He went above and beyond. Manny not only fixed the electrical problem we called about, he fixed a heater in one of our bedrooms that hadn't worked in 30 years. Also the gal I talked to on the phone was very personable and did great job communicating and coordinating everything. Thank you all so much! You all have a Merry Christmas!

I needed to have repairs done to my home's electrical for it's upcoming sale. Knowing I had a deadline an appointment was made within a few days by Jody and Samantha at Wattsmart. Wattsmart's employee, Brandon, arrived on time assessed the work to be done and then jumped right into the job. I can't say enough about Brandon's work, he stuck to the task until it was complete, he listened to me explain what I thought needed to be done, he figured out how to accomplish the task and then he tidied up after his work was complete. The icing on the cake was the price was well under what I was expecting. We will be building in Ellensburg so we're definitely looking to use Wattsmart as one of our contactors. Thank you Wattsmart and thank you Brandon for doing such a fine job today.

I recently had new light fixtures installed throughout my home. Wattsmarts installers were fabulous. They listened to what I wanted and helped point me in the right direction for replacement of the kitchen's overhead florescent fixtures to LED. They had to retro fit a 1994 modular home florescent to LED and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company and their installers.

Wattsmart restored the outside lighting to our condominium property. Josh coordinated with Way Underground- horizontal boring-to lay pipe, wire the new circuit to 4 different junction boxes and tested all equipment! We appreciate Josh's coordination with Amanda in the office, and with Jose and Manny in the field. They are great to work with and have hired them on several occasions, with complete success and will continue to contact them in the future..Thanks again Wattsmart!!

The guys at Wattsmart Electric did a great job of changing my electric panel to meet today’s standards.Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and finished the work within the deadline we were dealing with. I definitely recommend them.

We ran into a situation where we were without water (we have a private well). After having someone from a pump company out to assess the situation, it was determined it was electrical. This all happened on the Friday before 4th of July. The owner of the company didn’t hesitate to come out, diagnosis the issue, and put a fix in place that had our well in working order by the end of the day. We were very impressed with how quickly he was able to help us, especially on a Holiday weekend. We had the pleasure of working with the owner and many of his employees, all were wonderful to work with and very professional. We will continue to use them for any electrical needs in the future!

Josh and his employees are the best. I''ve had him do multiple projects at my home and businesses and he is always on time, does what he says he will do at the price he quoted, and does an outstanding job. I highly recommend Josh and Wattsmart Electric!

I called and spoke with Sam (an absolute gem, literally so helpful and kind) and she got in tough with their master electrician Josh who got out to us right away, diagnosed what was going on and got his team (Alex and Jimmy) out the very next day, bright and early! The guys were super efficient and very helpful! We have some other electrical work that needs done and we will for sure be calling Watt Smart Electric!!!

We had some crazy wiring at our house that no one had luck locating to fix. Watt smart came to the rescue and Brandon found the mystery wiring and got us back up and running. He was quick and efficient and frankly the only person to figure out what other electricians couldn’t! Thank you Brandon!

I am extremely pleased with Wattsmart Electric LLC ! They gave me the best bid of all the others I compared. The communication from Samantha was great , regularly communicating with me about scheduling the project.Their electrician Brandon was terrific, showed up when he said he would, and communicated with me during the installation. I felt like the work done was very quickly and accurately , aesthetically neat and just like I wanted it done. He cleaned the work area, verified with me how to operate the switch and confirm the work was done correctly. Thanks so much Wattsmart you are the best!!

The two employees that came to work at my house Jimmy and Brandon, both very profesional, did a very clean install, they cleaned up there mess when they were finished. These guys did a finominal job. The owner very knowlegable straight shooter, scheduled and arrived when they said they would be here. I will definetly hire these guys for my next electrical project. They upgraded my service from a 200 to a 400 amp service with 2 200 amp disconmects. Great job. clean work. Very professional. Thanks guys.

Wattsmart Electric was an incredible asset in our build of one of our sites and we will be using them again. Samantha is one of the best customer service, communicative, clean-toothed people we know. Dalton and Carlos with Wattsmart Electric were amazing! We needed some work done when we got our new oven and Wattsmart was recommended to us by multiple people. Dalton and Carlos were respectful, hard working, and just nice guys all around and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending them in the future.

I had some work to be done after having our house resided. Samantha was quick with responding and setting up an appointment to have the worked assessed. Brandon arrived to assess what needed to be done and stayed to complete what I needed. He even stayed a bit longer to take a look at another issue I had before he left. Work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend and work with them again.
