Helpful staff and fair prices for it being a local hardware store. Much better than the *other* hardware store in the area. Selection is always great and surprised they offer so many items for a small town store.

Extremely helpful staff ready to answer any question. I had some hot water heater problems today and Devin helped me out. They also have a great selection of guns and ammo.

Lumber Direct has extraordinary service especially in the face of crisis. I went in today to look for seeds and supplies and every employee that I ran into asked me if I needed help and continued to direct me to the very item that I was inquiring about! These guys are the best in the business!!

The folk's here are always so helpful and always have everything I need. The prices are in line with everyone else so no need to look any farther.

Thankfully you could ship with UPS through this store. The staff was more than friendly with me asking for shipping options and prices as well as talking me through the process of info needed to ship. I wish I could have gotten the young woman's name, but she did help me a lot.

Staff is very helpful, especially in the back (lumber area). Surprisingly well stocked for a small town and now they have a firearm section.
