Hoover's Grill and Ice Cream

Wow...great service, food and simple family atmosphere. An awesome stop for locals and travelers a like with affordable breakfast specials!

My wife and I stopped in at about 8:45pm. There was no wait. We were greeted promptly and with smiles. The menu was simple and the food was priced right. We both had the 8oz burger and it was fantastic. Much better then other local burger joins. I will definitely be bringing my family back for another dinner.

We met some friends here for breakfast before going to the "Ice Fest". The food was great, menu had lots to choose from, atmosphere nice, and service was wonderful. There were 6 of us and our cups were never empty. We live about 1 hour away, but will definitely stop there on any road trips to the North.

The food is amazing!!! I ordered take out but I would love to go sit down and eat. Great customer service!! Good food at great prices... the menu selection is so much more than I expected.... I mean like who knew they had jumbo lump crab cakes?!? Lol I haven't tried them yet because I went in for breakfast which was absolutely amazing and I'm a food critic lol I'm from the city and a family full of great cooks. We don't just eat anything... all I'm saying is it's definitely a must taste!! 👍🏾👍🏾😁😁😍😍🙌🏾 I can't wait to try out the rest of the menu 😁😁

Best local restaurant around. Delicious food, especially the terriaki glazed salmon meal is the best ever and you can't beat the breakfast either. Very friendly Owners and Servers. They treat you just like family!!! They aim to please!!! I love to eat there.

We just stopped in for ice cream near closing time. The staff was nice and pleasant and even offered helpful suggestions when we were picking out ice cream. They serve Hersheys brand at this shop. We will definitely be stopping in for their food service sometime soon.

We make it a point to go to Hoover's after church every Sunday. The food is always great and so is the service. They've gotten to know us and really go above and beyond to make us feel at home. Definitely recommend them!

Our party of 16 had a great time. Our waitress was on the ball. Great food choices at a great price. We got seafood, to steaks, burgers and salads. Everyone said their food was delicious.

Very impressed I have lived in the area for a while now but hadn't visited. We decided on a whim to stop by and it has now made the list of regular stops for us. Great food service was good as well. New York strip was on par with many more expensive steak houses.

Excellent breakfast, some of the best around. Chipped beef gravy is legit and that's hard to find around here!! We've stopped in 3 times in the last couple weeks for breakfast.

Stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning moto ride. Not crowded. Good eggs/potato and side creamed chip beef. No complaints. I'd stop again.

Broasted chicken was good! I don't know anywhere else they give you 4 pieces of white meat!!! And the salad was super fresh!!!

It's been much improved since the recent owners took hold, seeing first hand the greater level of care taken when preparing food, and keeping sanitary conditions - and an awesome atmosphere and outdoor seating area - at all times!

Great food and a great place for ice cream. Eat inside or out. They really take care of the local softball and baseball teams.
