Riverbend Family Dental

This was my first visit to Riverbend. It is difficult to start a new relationship with a new dentist. I was nervous but pleasantly surprised with the care I received. All of the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Hatchett was very thorough and explained everything and gave me options for different procedures. He even drew diagrams for me. I felt very comfortable and all my nervousness disappeared. I am so happy I found a new dentist. The whole office is great. 5 stars!

I am so happy with Dr Hanchett and his assistant Chelsea! I lost an inlay and had it replaced with a filling! As soon as the numbness was gone I noticed that I had ZERO sensitivity and not even a soreness from the injections, the care I received was top notch and Dr Hanchett is very much appreciated. Also new front office staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome!!

I am very happy with this provider. Family feel and friendly staff. I went to Sunrise Dental where the dentist said I had several cavities and wrote up an EXPENSIVE work up with no financing options. Cash or nothing. I came to Riverbend and informed them of the previous dentist's diagnosis. Dr here said that is not accurate, I had no cavities, and he recommend Sensitive toothpaste for an issue I was having. BAM, issue was gone and I have not had any problems. So grateful I made the switch!

My appointment was on time and staff were friendly. I consistently receive great service and professional care.

I recently had a dental cleaning, and I'm really pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly, the hygienist was thorough, and friendly. Overall, a positive and efficient visit.

They were very nice and patient with me. Explained everything to me clearly so I would understand. Glad that I went to them. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Anderson does it all. He is great with my kids and has a way of making his patients feel so comfortable and taken care of. The cosmetic work he did on my front teeth looks amazing as well. His office staff is so nice and helpful. Very organized and professional environment.

First office visit for child was a pleasant visit. Staff friendly asked if I had any questions and Dentist came out and spoke to me about child’s teeth.

I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and when I came here I was immediately greeted kindly. They send out reminders when it’s almost time for your appointment and call to confirm, which if you are as forgetful as I am is a GREAT aspect. Thank you Dr. Hanchett. You are amazing at what you do and your assistants allow me to feel safe when I go in and offer support for my anxiety!

I was initially afraid of scheduling because I’ve had horrific experiences with my dental work in the past (not here tho!). However, I am so glad to have scheduled at this location! The provider and workers were all super friendly. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. I love the bedside manner, which means so much more than I could ever say. I truly appreciate the approach in how they do things in this clinic. Already have a couple of appointments lined up and luckily, there was a cancellation to get me in sooner too! Thank you for working with my work schedule!!

Nicest Dentist I've ever had. He's interested in you, doesn't rush, listens to you, is very good at his job, and most importantly, for me at least, he explains everything with examples in common, understandable language. He makes dentistry make sense! I'm 51 so have had a lot of different dentist encounters and I wish I'd had him as my dentist back then. I'm lucky I am his patient! His Dental Assistants are super kind and gentle.

I wasnt always the best with my dental care. I've had to have a lot of work done. With Riverbend Family Dental, the process and work has been so straightforward and easy, it's made going to the dentist a breeze. Everyone that works there is so amazing, and makes you feel like part of the family!!!! They are the best there is!!!!

I chipped my tooth and they got me in the very next day. Fixed the problem immediately and all at a fantastic price. This is the best dental office in Yakima.

It’s so refreshing to finally find a dentist’s office that is very professional. Everyone there was welcoming and knowledgeable. No one likes to go to the dentist but Dr Hanchett and his staff made sure I was comfortable and that everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend.
