Great coffee stop on 40th just off the freeway. Great coffee and great people always friendly and quick service. They greet regulars by name which is always a great touch of to start a day off on the right note!

These ladies are wonderful! My dad is a regular here and his delicious coffee granita is made with perfection and care. I can always tell from his first sip, to the last slurp from his straw! You gals rock!!

Stopped by for a quick drink and bite, barista was super friendly. Definitely beats the Starbucks across the way 👍🏻 got the bourbon love and it's my favorite drink.

I stopped in from out of town and ordered a coffee, the drink was amazing. The ladies were wonderful and the owners have pure love for what they do. I recommend stopping in as the location is great and easy to get in and out of!

Me and my bf go there daily. I change my drink regularly while he says "Something sour" and my drink is always made great tasting and pretty. The girls are great and i honestly dont like going anywhere else. :)

These wonderful people are always friendly and strive to make your individual order perfect. Much better than any Starbucks or big chain coffee place.

Ownership and Staff could not be more personable or friendly - Always Greer you with a smile and get your day going right- i’ve always been one for supporting the mom and pop local business but I had been going to Starbucks because I thought they made the best coffee and I knew what I was getting every time going there- but after going to 40th Ave. espresso I really honestly do you like their coffee better than Starbucks and by the third time I went they all knew my name and I would just highly recommend you make this your new coffee place!! 5 Stars ++++ From me

These girls are the sweetest ever. They will have mine and my mom's coffee ready when we pull up to the window. This is our favorite coffee shop to go to. We go out of our way to visit and get our yummy coffee and some days we go twice :)

Finding a decent coffee place in this town is hard so I was threw the roof when I found 40th Ave espresso. They make great coffee, and have amazing service. My husband and I go here almost every day.

Cheaper prices for any drink. Amazing breakfast burritos! Bummer they dont have scones, but the cup o doughnuts got us through

We have been there many, many times. We absolutely love it. The coffee is not bitter, the baristas make it the same every time. You always get what you were expecting. Excellent!!!
