The sales staff at the Falls Creek PA location are friendly, knowledgeable & store is great. My experience with them today was very good.

This is the worst company to deal with the way they treat customers and steal propane that was paid for. We bought our house that had propane hooked up and the tank had quite a bit in it. We came home to a slip in the door and propane tank was gone. Supposedly because we didn’t reach out. But the tank had plenty in it and planned on reaching out when it needed filled. They blamed me and even said they were going to charge me fee’s to pick it up. They were very rude and arrogant. I’d pay double to deal with anyone but these people.

My own personal experience with this company was very POOR. The girl who handled customer service was not friendly to the point was ignorant. I paid the account in full ( got invoice showing account paid in full ) then got charged $250 to pick tank up because I ended contract early . Asked to speak to owner got told there was none and it was in my contract . . Ne careful who you deal with and please check prices locally before signing this contract . Again my personal experience not here to leave bad review or bash .

After years of being a customer I have been forced to take my business elsewhere. They have dropped the ball multiple times over the years. It's either been screwing up a pre-buy order costing me significant money since I have 5 tanks and use a lot of propane, never returning phone calls or providing much if any customer support, or most recently letting several of my tanks run empty this last winter after they were given SIX WEEKS notice to fill them. During those 6 weeks I kept being given the excuse that the roads were impassable, yet Moore Propane and Amerigas, with the exact same trucks, could come service their customers (my neighbors) multiple times in that same time frame. I literally had to threaten them with canceling my service and getting their tanks off my property, or come fill them.

I have had and currently have relationships with other companies for decades. I like to stay with the same outfits if at all possible. My most recent phone call was today, 10/1/21. After calling in 2 weeks ago, YET AGAIN, and spending ANOTHER 25-30 minutes on the phone trying to straighten things out, and AGAIN not getting a return phone call, this is what I'm told,
"This is the first I'm hearing of this".  How absurd!

HERE'S THE BEST PART...When I told the manager, I believe his name was Bob, that I would be sharing my experience about how poor their service was and how I was being charged about a THOUSAND dollars for them to remove their tanks, even though the only reason I'm switching to a different company is because they have forced me to, this was his response..."Well, when you leave us a bad review I'll be sure to have everyone here go online and tell everyone how bad your place is."  How bout them apples...? In 42 years I have never experienced anything like that. I'll admit, after he said that I got heated and started yelling back at him over this complete and utter nonsensical crap! I genuinely hope he's foolish enough to do what he said about trying to smear my business so that I can sue him for Libel and Slander. Just unbelievable!

I am switching to Moore Propane after speaking with their owner directly and meeting his guys.

Would not recommend.
