T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I drive past several T Mobile stores on my way to the Greencastle store. Monica and Hunter were truly interested in my problem with my tablet cover and how they could fix it for me. They knew there was no profit in helping me but they whole heartedly spent the time to make it right! T Mobile has two excellent employees.

Best customer service I’ve received anywhere when it comes to cellular devices. Went in with my 2 boys (who are very rowdy) and the store manger gives them a ball to play with and keep them busy while he helps me with a tablet issue and updates my account all while helping me save $$$$$ at the same time. If your looking for great customer service even if your 30-40 minutes away I recommend this store and their staff!!! Top of line service, and make you feel like your getting the most you can for your money all while helping you save at the same time!!!!

I had a problem with my phone I stopped in to T-Mobile in Greencastle Pa even though my phone is not serviced with them. Kody was kind and went above and beyond to help me and solved my phone problem I'm very thankful and grateful would give him 10 stars. thank You!!!!

Dillian and I believe Tyler were great! They both knew what they were doing, very nice and made the phone upgrading process fun and easy. This location was very convenient for us because we used to have to go to the mall in Hagerstown so it was nice to have this close option and a store full of great employees!

Kody at the Greencastle t mobile store did an absolutely wonderful job. He helped me set up my phone. I highly recommend asking for him if you need any help.

The manager at the greencastle t mobile store needs to be acknowledged by his supervisor. His name is Granton. My wife got hearing aids and the ent could not get them paired. Stopped in the store and he called the oticon hearing company and they walked him through the process. Her hearing aids are paired. I have had other dealings with him and he is very helpful! Give him a big shout out! Thanks grafton you need to be recognized by your superior.

Had a problem with my watch. They put the time and effort into the resolution They accomplished more than I expected. Very knowledgeable, focused, determined and their customer service is great.

This is the store you want to go to for great customer service, no wait, honest answers, and an overall great experience! Go buy a phone from these guys they will treat you right and go out of their way to be helpful!

It was a decent location, not busy

They wouldn’t help me take a plan off my watch. I walked in and was just stared at for a couple seconds before one of them got up to help me. Grafton ran this store so much better than the current person..

If I could give zero stars I would. I like T-Mobile but I left with a phone I didn't want, my bad. I came in to return it a week later and was told immediately they don't do returns. I had to read the return policy to him which was also on a large sticker on their counter. Him and another co-worker had to go speak to the manager.
Ultimately they were pretty confused on the whole process. I had asked a question that I had already asked and the woman snapped at me saying the manager already told me. It was a question on the tax. I explained to her I didn't understand that's why I was asking again. It made more sense on the paper I was looking at when he showed me versus telling me verbally but I guess she doesn't understand some people understand things differently. They went on to charge me a restocking fee on the watch I didn't want or use and the phone which I understand is part of the process and then told me the refund would go back on my card. Only problem was I paid cash. That's when they all got confused and the manager tried calling his boss but the boss didn't answer. I told them it's OK to not understand because I didn't understand myself but the lady was rude everytime she opened her mouth. In that situation she should of took this as a learning lesson for future reference but anger was getting the best of her. I do not deal with aggressive people especially someone who is supposed to be representing T-mobile.
I ended up leaving and will follow up with customer service to resolve the issue of the refund. As I was walking out I heard her say some words that I will not put on here.
They all stood in a huddle with papers that should of left with me trying to figure it out. It's OK to not understand a situation. Honesty and respect will go a long way with me. The person who sold the phone to me which the lady called "The Skinny Boy" was amazing. He did a great job and I hope he continues to progress in his job and move on to a better store but I would not recommend doing any business with this store particularly.
