This was our first time with Gary and Sons. It could not have gone better. Our service person, Brandon, was professional and personable. He explained what he was doing as well as completely answered all of my questions. We highly recommend Gary and sons.

Jim and Arron did a wonderful job on Installation. Everything looks and works great. I just sat through the initial wash cycle and heat cycle together and the Boiler was amazing switching back and forth keeping each function working. My hot water tank has not come on at all yet, even when I took a shower. The installation personnel were fantastic. The Lennox is Fantastic. I literally could not be more pleased.

Our service tech was very professional, kind and patient. I was an hour late because of an appointment and he waited that while time for me. He even gave his last jerky to our dog and was very friendly with him. He knew right away what the issue was and explained what happened. Very happy with the service.

I chose Gary & Sons when I decided that it was time to purchase and install a new gas furnace. The furnace was delivered and installed yesterday, and that installation went smoothly. Jim and Aaron, the installation technicians were on time, super courteous, and true experts in their skill and work (Jim, by the way, is a true artist in working with sheet metal). They both were able and pleased to answer any questions that I had, were tidy in their work and cleaned up after the job. The decision to purchase from Gary & Sons was a wise choice, for one gets what one pays for - I feel very comfortable having my heating needs handled by this firm.

Positive visit from Gary & Sons heating technician last week when our furnace quite on us. When we called we could not be scheduled for a few days which is par for the coarse for heating repair/inspection this time of year. The wait time was much better than other local heating and cooling repair shop in our area who we called first and was a no show and then proceeded to take his phone off the hook for days. Gary's technician Derek arrived within 10 minutes of appointed time, great in my opinion, and proceeded to go right to work. Derek was very personable and within moments my wife Valerie and I felt very comfortable to continue our normal morning routine. By the time Derek had our furnace safety checked and running, about half an hour great again in my opinion, his interaction with us was like a family member. We would love to have him return if we ever have issues in the future. Derek was very respectfull of our personal space and belongings. Very reasonable cost actually much lower than I expected and lower than competing companies. We never called on Gary and Sons prior to this visit and we are happy we did. Both my wife and I are not big fans of change but this was a must do situation. Gary and Sons do have a great local reputation but we never called due to the fact we already had a heating and cooling repair man. Sometimes change is good and this was one of those times. Had Gary’s install a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. Travis the salesman was very polite and easy to work with. The price was a bit higher than others, but the craftsmen installing the unit exceeded expectations and were worth the extra expense. Would highly recommend and will definitely have Gary’s take care of servicing the new system.

Gary & Sons installed a Lennox boiler at our house last month. They did a great job, cleaned up when they were done. We now have an efficient and quieter boiler heating our home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new heating source.

The techs (Jim & Jim) were friendly & knowledgeable. They reinstalled 2 radiators plus tweaked the position of one making it more efficient. Thanks also for protecting the floor. We're very pleased!

The maintenance man showed up exactly on time. He was very efficient and pleasant. He performed the annual maintenance on my system so I know it is in top condition. The best decision I made in regards to the house was to install a heating and air conditioning system from Gary and Sons that gets me through both summer and winter with no trouble at all. We purchased our house 3 years ago, and had not had anyone inspect or repair any if our major appliances. When our air-conditioner failed, I found a sticker on the furnace that advertised Gary & Sons. A technician from Gary &Sons came to the house within one hour of our call. Rod identified the faulty condenser motor capacitor and had it working within 15 minutes. He then cleaned the unit, and was on his way. We will have Gary & Sons come back in the fall to look over the furnace, as it is likely it too hasn’t had anyone look at it for a while either. Best service we have seen here in PA. Highly recommended.
