John was very informative as well as very professional. He demonstrated his knowledge of jewelry by explaining the gold industry. The shop is very clean and welcoming. I was extremely pleased with my encounter here. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience working with the people here and helped me even with me living in a diffrent state every few day he would send me a list of rings that fit what I was looking for and price range, took a few months but i found one had it sized for my wife and shipped to my home

I visited this jewelry store today with my sister. What a nice store, very clean and the people working there were so friendly. After browsing around the store I found a gorgeous diamond and blue sapphire bracelet that I really liked. After a few minutes of looking I decided that was the one for me. BBS makes you feel welcome and at home. I don't know much about gem stones, jewelry and the like but they made me feel comfortable leaning on them for assistance. I explained what I was after and the first item Angela pulled from the case was spot on. I had previously searched online for something similar and all I did was stress myself out. Very thankful for the TLC I received and I feel great about the purchase I made.

Angela worked with me through several options to find the exact look I we seeking to upgrade my current wedding bands. Although I have some diamond knowledge she was very well versed in every piece I was interested in and enlightened me on many things. In addition she was very friendly and didn't mind chatting with me through the process. I ended up with a stunner from their signature collection. John had it expertly mounted into the additional enhancer and resized in just one day. The rings are absolutely perfect.

Wife had to bring her ring in for repair. As always, a pleasure working with the team at BBS. They turned her ring around inside of two days and gave a full assessment of the ring’s condition. The ring repair cost less than expected, so that’s always a good surprise. Thanks to the BBS team for exceptional customer service!

My husband and I took my wedding ring to get fixed. The prongs were loose and we didn’t want to lose the stone. BBS Jewelers pretty much restored a 60 year old ring that looks brand new now! It is so beautiful I can’t believe it and I can’t stop looking at it! Angela welcomed us as soon as we came in and talked to us about the prongs and explained everything very thoroughly. The people there are great, and everything went well. We ordered a mounting, it came in quickly, our diamond was set fast and done beautifully. They have an awesome jeweler on premises. Thank you so much, hubby love his new ring!

Our first time in the store was a top notch experience. The people were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They took their time and we did not feel rushed. We left some jewelry pieces for repair only to have them ready the following day. Both pieces were restored to better than new quality. I would highly recommend this establishment for their selection, expertise and friendliness. An added bonus was a very sweet French bulldog named Brick. Loved the puppy kisses. 💋

Easy time finding and choosing the wedding bands we wanted, and even offered a free cleaning for my fianceés engagement ring during our visit. Very great store and employees!

I honestly don't know where to begin to describe my experience here. Everything about it was wonderful! Angela was so caring, understanding and diligent in what I was looking for. I gave her the task of finding a wedding band to match my engagement ring and the first one she picked was perfect! I, of course, wanted to see all my options and nothing else matched. She was so patient in the process. This is such a wonderful place and they even rhodium plated my ring while I was in the store. You really cannot find a better jeweler than here!

I highly recommend BBS. My first time going there was to get a second estimate for a ring re-sizing, frankly, because I was annoyed. The chain stores at the mall said it would be $250 and up and 3 weeks to have my ring resized. So, I went to BBS just to compare. The jeweler onsite had my rings resized in 20 minutes for a fraction of the price Kay’s and others quoted. Since then, my husband and I have purchased anniversary jewelry and had jewelry repaired. I recently purchased a necklace chain and the clasp was too large to fit the pendant I wanted to use with it. The jeweler made the adjustment at no charge. The staff and jeweler are amazing! Beautiful inventory, Prices are extremely reasonable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

BBS Jewelers is always my “go to “ place. Excellent service. I have had a few repairs done there over the years and I would not choose anywhere else. I also like that they have estate jewelry.

I recently got engaged and unfortunately, my ring was a little too large. Luckily, I pass BBS Jewelers on my way to work every day and they were the first shop that crossed my mind. I went in to get the platinum ring resized and they were able to finish within an hour! Great work, you can't even tell that it's been resized, and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend!

BBS Jewelers provided a great experience. Joe was great. He had both of us look through the jewelry on display. He asked us to tell him what we did and did not like. Then he came back with the perfect setting. Fast forward, the ring is complete and perfect. Go see Joe!!!

From the moment my toddler and I walked into the store we was treated like family. Angela and Joe was extremely helpful and beyond sweet to my little boy. I received an VERY good price for the jewelry that I wanted to sell, and Angela even cleaned & maintenanced the rings on my hand as an addition to my already great price that was given.
