Extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. The clinic is kept clean and organized. The staff are quite courteous and helpful. The dentists create an atmosphere of team work that is quite unique. They were careful during the procedures, I didn't feel the usual pain. I can honestly say one of the best dental clinics I've been to. They pay attention to detail, the results are beautiful and healthy and happy.

I always dreaded going to the dentist but I finally broke down and went. These people are AWESOME! Not only are the friendliest bunch of people, they are highly trained in how to make you feel at ease and they are extremely good at what they do. I was so nervous, I almost cancelled as I was in need of having all of my top teeth and a few bottom extracted so I was scared. They were done before I knew they had started and they are very compassionate. They even give you the dentists call number that you can text him if you have and questions or concerns. I gave five stars but I would give them 10.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff are so helpful and welcoming, then the Dentist I had was very kind and informative. The most comfortable I’ve been at the Dentist and I look forward to my next visit!

This is the best dental/oral surgery office I have ever been to. My first visit here, I had to get 9 teeth pulled and was insanely anxious! Dr. Paul was so fast!! And they did such an amazing job that they eliminated all of my anxiety around going to the dentist. I've never had a better experience at the dentist. Dr. Paul is by far THE BEST oral surgeon I have EVER had!! Ever!! The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. They are quick about getting my appointments scheduled. I even get reminder calls the day before my appointment! I literally couldn't ask for a better dental office, period. Hands down 10 out of 10!!

This is awesome. They get you in fast. I needed some extractions. And it was quick. He was gentle and so nice. Always checked on me. Watched tv, it was great.

I’ve been here three times now and each time ive loved it! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Went in today for a broken tooth extraction and the surgeon was fast (but not in a way that felt rushed, as he was still careful), always asking if I was doing alright or if I was experiencing any pain, and the place was hygienic. Great experience so far overall! I also liked that I wasn’t sitting there for an eternity. I was in and out relatively quickly! Happy to come back for future dental needs!

Yakima Family Dental is THE best dental experience(s) I have had my entire life! The entire staff is exceptional. The atmosphere is very soothing and the dental work done is the best. They should be an example for other dental practices to aspire to. Thanks to all of you at Yakima Family Dental!

I’ve been a patient here for years and just recently had my cleaning and had the best experience with Dr. Flinkman and Melanie. Melanie was the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She was very thorough and just the kindest person. I highly recommend.

Dr. Flinkman and his staff are phenomenal.
They are the kindest, most attentive people I’ve met in life in general.
They made me feel comfortable and took such good care of me.
The work they did on my teeth is some of the best work I’ve seen.

The doctor Made sure I was numb enough. He talked me through what he was doing. Was quick and painless (after the shots) asked me many times if I was ok. The staff are wonderful and very kind. Janet was so very sweet. I wish I could give way more stars.

They were all so kind and helpful! The dentist was extremely polite and knowledgeable. His assistant Sophia took special care when doing my x-rays. Let's face it: bite wings...well they bite! But when Sophia did them, I didn't feel a thing!

Friendly and compassionate … my hygienist was so kind and gentle. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and kept asking if I needed anything . The dr was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Again making me feel comfortable and that he was there to help.

The minute I entered the Office Area it was such a Friendly feeling. The Front Desk Staff were very attentive and so polite. Also the Dentist was Great and was very prompt on the questions I had also the Staff that took my XRays. I give the overall ratings of my whole Appointment a A+ Thank You Lisa Jill Richards

When I first walked in I was nicely welcomed with smiles, and only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. After looking at my X-rays Dr Flinkman came in and introduced himself and was so nice, empathetic and honest even when the information was not the best news. He told me what my options were without beating around the bush, and let me know the pros and cons of each. He made me feel comfortable and that he truly cared, and that is so hard to find when you pay with Medicaid. Going to the dentist will never be my favorite thing to do, but I won’t mind as much going back to Yakima Dental.

Love this place! It was my first appointment here today and everyone was so friendly 🙃 perfect for a gal like me that has extreme dental phobia... I actually am more content now for my next appointment. Thank you yakima family dental for calming my nerves down. I love you guys already 💓

This is the best dentist place I have ever gone to. Not only are the members of staff friendly they treat you as if you were family. Caring for you as if you were one of there own. I had oral surgery there and not only did they make me very comfortable but then a member of staff called to check on how I was afterwards. I couldn't have imagined a better service. Thank you to all the staff. I would give 10 stars if possible.

The staff and the Vet were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had to put Kitty down. It was an emergency that our normal Vet would not see her because they were too busy. This clinic made time to see us and Kitty. They were sympathetic and made us feel very comfortable. They sent us a sympathy card which was above and beyond. We thank them so much and will be our Vet from here on out. Thank you.

The visit was great no waiting time and the resectionists they were so kind but the five STARS goes to the girl who did the deep cleaning in my teeth. She did it in a gentil way without causing any pain , I did not use any anesthesia. Thank you Yakima Family Dental you guys are the best 👍👍
