The staff is really nice and friendly.
This is not just a place to do business, this is a place to provide service with a mission of "customer satisfaction".
I was very nervous about buying my first used car, but Ahmad, Moss, and Steven helped me get the car I wanted at a fantastic price.
Also, being a foreigner, I had trouble getting insurance, but Moss and Ahmad made it their business to help me get it done. I've never had such a friendly used car dealer in my life, and I would 100% recommend them for my next car purchase or if a friend is looking to buy a car.

So I was a first time buyer that was barely starting out on credit history. These guys are straight to the point, no BS. They’ll help you through the whole car buying process and reassure you there’s no pressure. After sitting on a car for a week or so making a decision, I bought from their lot. They fought tooth and nail to get me the best rates and still being manageable for payments. These guys will work with you no matter the situation. After visiting many dealers for months that were local to me and some a little out there. City motors of yakima came out on top… they’re about +2 hours away from me 😂

Went in not expecting much with little to no credit history. Not only were they super welcoming and helpful thru the entire process Mohammed (mojo) helped me step by step with payment, interest rate, finding a loan at a reasonable payment, you name it he was there, personal number in hand, always communicating. Went in super inexperienced and left feeling like I had a much better grip on how buying a car actually works, not like I was just taken for a ride. (pun 100% intended) They got me into a very nice 2016 Mazda at a very good price. When I went to pick it up not only did they detail the entire car but also filled the gas tank. Go here hands down if your looking to buy a car!

This is my second car buying experience and it was not at all what I expected. The staff made my experience one I will not forget. I cannot imagine going to another dealership and I’m so happy I ended there. I felt no pressure to purchase and they turned a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. I was helped by Mo and he explained the process in great detail every step of the way and I cannot recommend this place enough.

My partner and I will never go to another dealership for a car or repairs. The entire car buying process was made so easy. We expected a day of headaches but staff made us comfortable and we were not stressed at ANY point in time. We didn’t ever feel pressured and we felt very taken care of. Came all the way from Ritzville WA because the closest dealerships only offer 24.99 and higher interest rates and City Motors got me 12 % on my first car woot woot Moejos the best and every other lot was trying to give me a car with over a 120,000 miles and city motors got me into the car that I wanted and has 80,000 miles 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 10/10 recommend !!!

Hands down the best people to work with! Our little family was so grateful for Mo, who helped us throughout the whole signing process. Anytime I had a question, Mo was so quick and excited to answer them without any hesitation. Haha! Mo will definitely make you laugh nonstop! I had an amazing experience with Moejo. At first, I thought he was just trying to get me to buy the car but he was helping me out to see that the Jeep I wanted from the other dealership had multiple amounts of crashes. But Moejo paid out of pocket to see the car fax of the other dealership. The bad thing was that the other dealer did not make me aware that the car had been in multiple accidents. They just wanted me to buy a car. But thank to City Motors I had the best car deal for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. I’m glad I came here. You won’t regret it best price and best customer service.

Moe Jo was amazing to deal with. No pressure just extremely helpful. They had the car I wanted but being from Oregon I didn’t really want to drive all the way to Yakima to buy a car.
He not only put new tires on it, he also filled the gas tank and delivered it. He did all the financing in a very short time and delivered the car that evening.
