The guys that came where professional and on time. The staff at Yakima Glass is great as well! They did a beautiful job putting those in! I am so very pleased with the work they did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YAKIMA GLASS!

Very professional business. The ladies who answer the phone are very helpful and the delivery gentleman was very thoughtful in calling ahead, was efficient, and professional. I am very pleased with my final product. They were right on with the estimate of how long it would take to get my product made, it was delivered within a few days, and I knew the cost up front. Trustworthy and reliable business. I highly recommend using them for your glass needs. The only request I would have would be that you could pay online or over the phone. You either have to mail them a check or go in to pay before they make your product.

Two quick visits to fix my window. One to measure and the second a few weeks later to install once the glass came in. Helpful employees who were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I’ll be coming back any time I need windows in the future!

Outside of it taking 6 weeks to get them from the time they are paid and ordered, we are very pleased. The crew came on time, finished the job, cleaned up everything and the windows are lovely, perfection! Thank you Yakima Glass.

The installers were on time! No waiting around to wonder when! They prepared the areas before starting and picked up after themselves. They were honest about a defect in one of the windows and are going to replace it. I appreciate their hard work and time.

I've been wanting to get new windows to our house for a number of years now and have previously used another local supplier. I decided to give them a try and was really impressed by their level of service! It took a little while to get the windows in stock but once they came in, they immediately scheduled it and installed. What impressed me was not only did they install the windows but they really took the time and effort to make sure the molding around the windows looked amazing. Now all I have to do it do some paint. I am planning on using them again.
