If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I submit any type of application or call it takes weeks to get anything accomplished. Call center personnel are rude as can be because they can get away with it completely because if the customer gets a tone or get upset we lose access to Assistance of any kind. Won't be surprised if I get screwed for writing this recipe honestly. Really disappointing they can't be kind and decent to those who are in need of assistance.
