Mr. Sparkle responded to our cleaning inquiry quickly and came out the same week to clean carpets. They did a fantastic job and had fantastic communication with us. Highly recommend and we will be using then again.

He did an amazing job on my living room, bedroom and king size mattress. I will be using this company from now on. He does quality work. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Great service, carpet had some hard stains and Mr. Sparkle got them out. Home was smoked in and smell was removed. Quick response and shows up as scheduled. Will definitely use services again. Highly recommend!

Great service! I scheduled in advance for a move out carpet cleaning, and he texted soon before the scheduled time that he was on his way. We did a walkthrough, and I asked if he could also clean an ottoman, and he did both extremely well. The ottoman now smells faintly like baby powder and I like it :) He was friendly, communicative, quick, and thorough. Highly recommended!

He was a bit pricey for me. But, the quality of his work was superb. I will definitely call him again.

I am renting this house from Jevons and the previous tenants had several dogs that were never let outside. These carpets look like a Dalmatian when you hit them with a black light. Jevons sent Raindrop out 3 times and the aroma was still so strong our eyes and throats burned from the urine. I had a couple other professional cleaners come out and I myself used a Bissell cleaner on them all multiple times in the 2 years I was in this rental. Every day as soon as I walked in the door I could smell dog pee. Every day for 2 years and hundreds of dollars in Scentsy. Today, I came back and walked inside and it’s the first time I haven’t smelled dog pee. I am just amazed at the job Mr. Sparkle did. He was worth every penny. It’s just a shame I didn’t know about him when I moved in. Good riddance to this place and thank you again Mr. Sparkle!!
