Wonderful establishment and people. I refuse to get my medication anywhere else. The customer service and friendliness by the staff is like family.

This is our only local pharmacy. They are friendly and efficient. They have some OTC items but their main business is prescriptions.

For the longest time I had an issue with this Pharmacy. They would tell me a time to pick up my prescriptions and a lot of times they weren’t ready. I wondered why they didn’t try to contact me if there was a problem filling them.
Now, since they hired a new gal, Johanna, I actually get notified if there’s an issue and an explanation how they or I can resolve it. Much, much more professional! Thank you Johanna

11/23 - AVOID THEM!!! I live in Arco and have used this pharmacy for 8 years for about 6 types of meds. Today I told them to cancel all prescriptions and from now on I will travel the 75 miles to the closest Walmart.

On average they only have my prescriptions in stock about 1/2-3/4 the time and refuse to notify me if they will not be able to fill them. Their prices are 15-20% higher than Walgreens or Walmart.

When I drop a prescription off, about 1/3 the time it is not ready 3 hours later and I still have to wait 45 minutes to get them. About 1/4 the time they fill the wrong dosage, relying on past dosage instead of checking for any changes - they are DANGEROUS!

At least three times they refused a prescription and required my doctor to call them because they thought he made a mistake - instead they made the mistake.

They do not have a licensed pharmacist on site, and often use students that are prone to mistakes. AVOID Bengal Pharmacy !!!

So if your the only pharmacy in town you don’t have to do anything it would be faster to drive across the desert several times if you need to

Not sure how anyone could give this location anything other than one star.

The staff is rude, service is painfully slow (4 hours to fill a script? How difficult is it to count to 60 three times?) They always claim to be terribly busy, but most of the time when I walk in they are standing and talking.

Sarah clearly hates her job. I have never even seen her be remotely friendly. She always seems incredibly put out by "Rush" orders
and hates answering the phone.

As on overall: I guess I'm just confused as to who has control over my prescription - is it the doctor who sees me and knows my medical history or is it the pharmacist who decides how much to give me when they'll fill it etc. I generally receive a call asking about my prescription or they need "clarification from the doctor office". They don't understand coding, or apparently know how to use it - I've paid for half dozen prescriptions out of pocket having to take it to Idaho Falls to Costco because this pharmacy is requiring prior authorization on medication that does not need it.

It's got to the point where more than once (3 times) I've had to call the director of Medicaid's office so they can teach the pharmacy here how to use their system. Could blame it on training, but the third time this happened - it's clearly no longer a training issue it's a staff inability issue. I know it's hard to hire in Arco, but they really do need a pharmacist on staff not just remotely through Pocatello.

As for the partial fill issue /not having script in stock.... ALMOST EVERY TIME! My family empathizes with all the other reviews out there.

We have been sent home multiple times with our prescriptions partially filled, after calling ahead to see if they were ready, and were not told at the time of pickup. After getting home to our surprise, we would have a partial subscription. This has happened multiple times. It would seem a simple courtesy at the time of pickup to notify the customer it was a partial, or better yet tell us when we called to check it was a partial. That would atleast give us the option if we wanted to make multiple trips, which is important when the round trip is 75 miles.

Called twice to get pain pills for detached hamstring filled was told I would be put on list to notified when filled. No notifications whatsoever. Its now Sat and pharmacy is closed. The absolute disregard for communication is harder to swallow than the pills. Not at all enjoyable. Wondering how you folks would feel being my position having the table turned. Courtesy and respect go a long way folks. So now I have to figure out how to get those pills from Dr in Jackson Wyoming to somewhere close besides your pharmacy. Will never use you again. Your hurting your own business for local people here in lost river valley. A huge thank you to whoever got this taken care of today. Johanna got ahold of me via her boss and corrected this situation. To those involved in this much appreciated and thank you for the follow up and customer service.

They truly need to improve on their customer service, on so many levels. I've called in and requested a refill, gone in a few hours later to pick up Rx, to find out it was never entered. Wait around for 15 minutes to be told they dont have my insurance info. and just had it three days ago ( which they have had for at least a year.).

I've been told they would call when my Rx was ready, 3 days later I call to see if there is a problem, just to find out it has been hanging for 2 1/2 days

I've called in a Rx to be picked up the next day, go in at 5:00pm, to pick up, just to be told it had expired. Would I like them to contact the Doctor to refill it? "Why didn't you call me yesterday it's my blood pressure med? The list goes on. How ever they are very nice, just need better customer service.
We need a customer service manager, these things happen way too often.

Walked in wearing a mask to drop a prescription and there was one lady at the counter getting hers. I walked towards the drop off spot to turn in and was treated very rudely by a man who claimed they only allowed one person in the building at a time. No signs to this effect anywhere. Only sign about distance was a three foot rule for privacy. No need to be rude and have terrible attitudes if you can't bother to post policies. Having a monopoly on a tiny town doesn't make it better. If you can't be nice to people, go into a non service related job. I here the sewer pond is hiring. Maybe learn to code

I cannot count the number of times my prescriptions have not been ready when I was told they would be. Or the times they couldn't find them when they were hanging right there. Not to mention the times I was sent home with a partial prescription. Just because we live in a small community does not mean we should have to settle for sub-standard service. I think they might benefit from some oversight.
