Was a good spot to stop for a night! Didn’t have any issues with noise complaints like some reviews previously posted. Their quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Customer service was great! Was able to go swimming and use their laundry services with a breeze. Highly recommend!
Also if you are needing to do laundry, I highly suggest going to this location and not the supposed laundromat that’s a few miles away. They have ice cream social which is great for those with kids and it’s only a $1. They also have free breakfast (big and thick waffles) in the mornings. They also have hot foods that you can order and have it delivered to your site!
Our experience was great— we are pretty easy going people from Oklahoma.

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

Excellent place! We stayed two nights in a tent with no issues. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room were clean. You can tell they cleaned them everyday. Everyone working there was friendly and the waffle chef (free waffles 9am) was humbling. Make sure you prepare for quick changing weather; it was 75 and calm then about 10 mins thunderstorms, 65 and winds maybe about 25 mph. And they have an ice cream social at 5. Best KOA yet!

Craters of the Moon is one of those weird and quirky spots that are definitely worth the detour to go visit. Nowhere else in the Continental US can you see and walk into a lava tube! The permits are free and the Visitor Center has lots of cool information.
We stopped for just two hours and were able to go to the Visitor Center and three cinder cones. Worth it!

Paul will accept no less than ice cream and waffles now from our RV camps!

Small Town camp with some great treats! Waffles in the morning, ice cream in the evening. The staff was amazingly friendly. Clean and close to all the stuff we wanted to see.

This is by far one of the best and most kid friendly campgrounds I have ever seen. There is everything you could want here, power and water at each site, wifi, free breakfast, dinner menu ( which was very good and affordable) , showers, laundry , A HEATED POOL , you name it. It was as close to a hotel as you could get from a campground and the staff was so awesome. We will definitely be adding this place to our annual camping trips. Thanks again to all the amazing staff at the KOA!

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect

First experience ever at a KOA. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Ice cream socials at 5 p.m. and waffles at 9 a.m. We came for the weekend to visit Craters of the Moon and camped here. 20 minute drive from craters of the moon.

Friendly owners and staff. Newly remodeled and kept clean and fresh, I recommend this location for your next KOA camping experience. They have cute cabins for rent reasonably priced, an extensive selection of items to shop for in their store and lots if fun things to do while staying there.

Alan is very nice and accommodating! As a solo female traveler (coming from Kentucky) I am terrible at planning ahead as to which KOA I happen to stay at that night. I usually just pick whichever is closest to me. BUT I am very pleased and honored to have met Alan! It just so happens that it was going to be a cold night as I am car camping with my pets out of my SUV. Alan said “No it’s too cold for you out there.” He upgraded me without any additional cost to a kabin site; it is astonishing to see this kind of hospitality without expecting anything in return. If you so happen to be in the area, Barbara and Alan do an amazing job of maintaining the property as well as being amazing hosts!

I have stayed here twice visiting Craters of the Moon and IEL Museum EBR-1. RV sites are level grass and gravel with good hookups. WiFi was a bit spotty but there was good cell reception. I enjoyed the morning waffle. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This KOA exceeded our expectations! We had a grassy site for our tents, and the grass was soft so we didn’t need our sleeping pads. We were looking forward to the pool, but it was closed due to electrical issues - it happens, no big deal.
We loved the ice cream social ($1 a scoop, they offered 6 flavor options, chocolate syrup and sprinkles). There’s a nice shaded seating area, laundry room, and food services. We only ordered fries but they were delicious and they deliver right to your site.
Waffles in the morning were very good!!
Bathrooms were clean - 3 toilet stalls, 3 shower stalls, and 4 sinks.
We would stay here again and highly recommend. The owners and all the staff we came in contact with were very sweet.

Out of all the campgrounds I've stayed at, including other KOAs, this is by far my favorite! The park is very well maintained, clean bathrooms. The staff are amazing people that spoil their guests! Waffles & coffee in the morning, ice cream in the evening, a pool to cool off, plenty of shade. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. I highly recommend this park!!

We really enjoyed the pool, playground, ice cream social and waffles in the morning. Very happy with everything here, would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff, great people. The waffle breakfast and Ice cream social are wonderful. More koa's should follow this example. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with activities to do in the area. Nice place to stay. While not as pretty as some koas the owners are constantly making improvements. The whole campground has been rewired in the last 2 years.

Great staff, extremely clean campsites, relatively quiet in the early winter, and fall. I'm probably quite busy in the summer. Good pull through spots propane, wood, etc for sale. The cabins look fantastic, and the restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Some of the fixtures are dated but everything works quite well, overall an absolutely fantastic KOA.

Nice rv park in the quiet town of Arco. The grounds are well maintained and sites aren’t too close or claustrophobic. There’s a small shop and cafe that’s very reasonably priced. Bathhouse and laundry are kept incredibly clean which I much appreciated. This is my first time at a KOA and the bar has been set fairly high.

Stayed here for two nights in July to visit Craters of the Moon. The free waffles, ice cream social (with delicious huckleberry ice cream and other flavors!), and friendly camp hosts made this experience great. There was a bit of a mixup because we arrived after 10pm so our spot was given away. The family there was super sweet so we just camped next to them for that first night.

There was great shade at the sites from mature trees, and KOA was close to a diner called Pickles Place that had great food. Thank for for the wonderful stay!
