My lights were flickering really bad in my house so I called PP&L and the tech said it was on my end and not theirs and recommended I call Thunder Electric and gave me their number. It was Friday at 9pm so I knew it would be an emergency call and rate but it had to get fixed. The tech with Thunder Electric called me back within 10 min and asked for a picture of my meter and the problem so that he could grab all the correct things before coming to my house he was there within 30 min! Such great service and PP&L was able to hang around to reconnect my power once the problem was fixed. Thunder Electric will always be my go to now for any electrical issues I have personally or at my place of work! The emergency rate was so reasonable and it helped that the tech was working at a fast pace but safely so I felt it was worth the money and I feel like asking for a picture before hand saved time going back to get correct or burnt out parts. I truly felt valued as a customer and he was able to explain to me everything he was doing. 10/10 will recommend to everyone that needs it.

Eli showed up to our house and quickly determined what the issue was. He could have left after telling us that this was a power company issue that they needed to fix, but he stayed and helped me explain the problem to the power company. Before he left, he gave me his name and cell phone number in case the power company needed more information about what he diagnosed. I would definitely call Thunder Electric again.

We recommend Thunder Electric as an excellent electrical contractor. We had an especially difficult task for them to put it mildly!
Their communication with us as to time/date and details to be completed was so appreciated. Charlie in the field and Monic in the office were always available to answer our questions. All the workers were friendly and, most importantly, provided skilled, quality work with the end result being an excellent updated and safe electrical system.

I had called all over town looking for a specific part to a fuse box that was a week out and was an emergency situation. Not only did thunder electric go above and beyond but their willingness to help & haste was top notch. Any electric issue I'm going to call them first now. Thank you guys

We really liked the guy that came out. And, now our stove is fixed! He also gave us good advice about increasing the value of our home by upgrading our appliances.

Needed help fixing a faulty outlet that I couldn't track down and fix myself. They sent somebody the next day showed up on time and fixed the problem very quickly and the bill was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and will call them next time I need a electrician.

Thunder Electric was the best experience I have had hiring someone to help with work on my house - not just better than previous electricians, but the best overall. They were responsive, quick, and professional in coming to give a bid. Their bid came in literally 7k less than another bid I got for the same work (someone trying to take advantage thinking I didn’t know what I was doing I’m sure). I hired them for electrical work throughout our new house as part of a renovation. Jared was the BEST. He was nice, communicative, hard working, and you can tell he cared about what he was doing in our home. The guys that were helping him were all fantastic. The icing on the cake was they were all just funny and great people to have in our home for the 1.5 days it took them to do the job. If you’re wondering who to hire in Yakima, call Thunder. I feel like this company as a whole has a sense of honor, trustworthiness, and pride in what they do that is hard to find these days. Thank you Jared and team for making all of this such a pleasurable experience for me and my family! I would never call anyone else for my electrical needs again.

Last evening I had a breaker trip, tried to reset it and failed, faulty breaker. At 8 AM this morning I contacted Thunder Electric, an electrician was at my front door by 8:45! Charlie and Thunder Electric are the BEST!

Cody was excellent! He was kind, patient and extremely efficient! We would highly recommend him to anyone!

A serious electrical problem was assessed by one of the Thunder Electric team on Thursday, October 12 on my property. Thunder sent their electrician right away! The problem was quickly determined and I was given contact information for Pacific Power. The electrician marked the area of concern for the PP&L crew who came to make repairs later that evening.
The young electrician from Thunder Electric was efficient, courteous and informative on the problem. He was clear on the safety risk and to get Pacific Power contacted immediately.
I have called Thunder Electric many times for electrical home upgrades. I have always found the owners, office staff, and the electricians who have come to my place to be extremely skilled and professional. I thsnk them!

I was very impressed with the service and electrician. He quickly (within 30 minutes) diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and tested the outlets. Thank you
