Jon Hammond really knows everything there is to know about mattresses. He asked the right questions, listened patiently, and we ended up with the best mattress and the absolute perfect firmness. John didn’t try to upsell us, he just simply helped us find what we needed.

The best way to describe this experience was as if you have a very good friend who happens to be an expert in this business and helped you out tremendously.

I was surprised to see the same salesman as I did when I bought my mattress 4 years ago. He is awesome! The platform was installed much quicker than I expected. They very courteous and pleasant.

Via texts I communicated with Logan. Had to make adjustments to a bed we’ve had some years (purchased from Mattress Land). The bed is fine, however we’re not so agile and needed to lower our bed.

Five star experience. Drove quite a ways to come to Mattress Land after checking out other reviews and can verify they are spot on. Logan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helped to guide us to a wonderful mattress. Day of delivery, Jon was great in contacting the warehouse to make sure they could deliver to our mountain community. And most importantly, the mattress is awesome. All in all, can’t recommend enough choosing Mattress Land as the store to make such an important purchase from!

These guys really are awesome. Veteran friendly. They ask the questions that help them understand what you want versus what you need. I recommend them to anyone needing sleep supplies.

We had a great experience here. I can’t remember his name, but the man helping us didn’t try to sell us on everything and was still informative, but to the point. He was awesome! It was nice not being pressured into a purchase. We found exactly what we wanted at a cheaper price than the other store we checked nearby. Highly recommend!

Logan helped me find the perfect pillow. He answered all of my questions, and got me an amazing deal. The customer service I experienced was amazing. This was ten times better than ordering online from Amazon or anywhere else, because I got to try the pillows first hand, and didn’t have to read 100 reviews before making my decision. Also I noticed people complaining about the pillows condition when they ordered from Amazon. I recommend going to mattress land, and I also recommend Logan as a sales rep. He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you Logan. I didn't realize my bed was terrible. I recently had another child and my mom spent a couple nights at my house with my toddlers while I was in hospital with my wife. She told me it was time for a mattress and mine had to go. I went to mattress land with a budget in mind 600-1200, bought outright. After browsing the store and talking with Logan, my budget rose to around 1200-1500. I liked the Cypress Point 1.0 firm, it was a little over budget, I called my wife and she said to pick it up if it feels good, which it did. I left the store to think about it, and decided to bring my wife with me next time because it felt like a significant investment. So with 2 toddlers and a newborn we visited a couple other locations to see what options were available under 2000 dollars. This is where I discovered adjustable bases, I realized that an adjustable base was a non negotiable, completely independent of which mattress, so this added cost was not even used in my price calculations personally. I settled on a stearns and foster, euro-top, firm, it was a bit more than budget but not bad. The journey did not stop there however! I found that a traditional mattress worked well with an adjustable base but it didn't feel ideal and bunched up a bit when inclined. I tried a tempur-pedic hybrid and thought it was great, but completely out of budget. I went home with all this new information to do a bit of research and sleep on it. I woke up with back and neck pain, again, and decided I was 100% purchasing a mattress and base, the only question left was WHICH one. I headed to mattressland again, this time with my wife, because I preferred their in-house mattresses over the other locations. I talked with Logan again, this time I let him know that my budget has grown and an adjustable base was a must-have. I asked if they had anything comparable to a Tempur-pedic and they did. He put me on a Spa-fit(I believe this is the name, I dont remember). It felt great, the non-hybrid felt closer to the Tempur hybrid actually. It was more lightweight than the Tempur, and a little thinner, but it fell comfortably within our budget and I felt good about it. It was comparable enough to the Tempur-Pedic but it did bunch up in the middle when inclined and didnt feel identical obviously. (But a very strong contender) Logan was never pushy and supported our decision on budget and suggested we go into the trial period on the spa-fit and upgrade if it didnt meet our needs, the Tempur-Pedic was quite a bit more and a pretty significant investment. I just wanted to try the Tempur-pedic proadapt one last time to really compare. My wife fell asleep on the Tempur-Pedic within 2 minutes and was snoring. It was difficult to walk away from that endorsement. With a week old baby, proper sleep is valuable to us. We talked to eachother and decided for once in our life, we were not going to compromise and sacrifice quality because of the price. We decided to purchase the Tempur-Pedic proadapt hybrid, a Malouf adjustable base and finance the purchase. I am very comfortable with the monthly payment and terms, and I felt like we had made the proper choice. I opted to take it home myself rather than wait until the next morning for delivery because I couldn't bring myself to sleep another night on my blown out mattress. Setup was easy enough and I slept on it last night. What a difference we felt! I woke up without neck and back pain this morning and I feel so happy with our purchase. I talked to a friend who has the same mattress and after a year he still feels the same way about his as well. I will enjoy telling people about my experience and will hopefully help my friends get the same comfort I feel. Ten stars

I’ve been looking for a good deal everywhere and my 4th stop was in Mattress Land, I’m so glad I came in! I remembered seeing their advertisement on Hulu and thought that was neat too. Logan King was the gentleman that help me and he was so genuine, honest, and overall the best help I needed. He was great!! I came in and told him exactly what I needed and he took care of me. I left that store soo happy with how much I spent, the bed set I’m getting and knowing I’ll be taken care of. I hope the rest of my experience with them is just as great!
