Very clean shopping venue, the sales associates are very friendly and professional. I loved having Dee help me straighten my card situation out. She was extreamly patience and very kind.

The store is immaculate and extremely well stocked and organized! Associates don't just "tell" you were to go to find an item, They take it to where the item can be found. They ask you if you need any other information. I am back doing most of my shopping at Kohls. Prices are fair and lots of sales.

At every turn, associates went out of their way to see that our every needs were answered before they moved on. That's something called RESPECT, but is seldom shown by any typical store associates or managers of any kind of businesses.

Darendy at Sephora was amazing in helping me match my makeup to my skin color! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The prices were very reasonable and good quality makeup. If you need help, I highly recommend you go there and ask for her help!

The associates Jaime and also the lady at the cashier with fitbit bling covers didn't get her name but these ladies helped make my shopping a success and I will be back to shop at this location! Everyone was so helpful and friendly which I never get during the busiest time of the season.

When you go prepared it’s always a good experience. I had an Amazon return and some Kohl’s cash so I expected to make a purchase. I found some bath towels for cheap and a gift for mom so I was happy. It was easy for me to use the Kohl’s app to apply my Kohl’s cash and then tap to pay. Easy Peasy!

The appearance of the store was fantastic the product is very satisfying friendliness almost perfect. But I give it five stars because I love the look of this store

Kohls in Nampa, Idaho has the best customer service associates. They are friendly, helpful and take time to resolve issues for a positive result. They go above and beyond the daily duties. I lost my keys and the associates checked the store areas where I had been shopping to see if they could find my keys. There are not many places where people care that much about their customers.
Prema checked us out and it was a very positive and happy experience.

The store was clean, but I didn’t see many blouses in the women’s department to choose from. Lots of sweaters though! Extremely friendly and sweet lady rang up my purchase. (Jennifer M)

I love this Kohl’s store. It’s always clean seems very well organized and the employees are very good at coming over and helping you and the check out is smooth anybody who’s up there at checkout definitely knows what they’re doing. !

A.ways friendly and helpful, they really do take care of the buyer, I left my coupon home and associate gave me the discount anyway!

They had some pretty good discounts on clothes. Pretty tempting.
