Idaho State Liquor Store

Wow what a great place to shop. I was cheerfully greeted by every employee in the store. Each one went out of their way to see I needed help, or had any questions, several times. They carry a wide selection of liquor (but not a lot of wine). Coming from an area where yout choices are limited, I was amazed but the variety of choices that are available. While shopping I overheard a customer who purchased the last holiday box of Chivas. The manager quickly checked supplies at surrounding stores to let her know where she could go to purchase another. Definitely will be stopping here again

One of the cleanest and modern liquor stores in Nampa. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they always answer any questions I have about the liquor. A little hard to drive to, there is not a direct road in or out, it is a maze trying to drive to it.

The clerk was very helpful. Has the gift that I needed for a friend's birthday.

Simply the best group of employees at this location. Always helpful. I walk in, and instantly they tell me what they have available for me. Makes me feel like Norm from cheers. Heather, Andy, and Penny I know are always happy to help. Newer staff seem so friendly. I wish we could just sit and chat over a dram.

Great staff, friendly. No competitive prices vs other liquor stores(probably state law).A bit difficult to get in and out of.

Very good attention because in Caldwell they didn't attend me because I wanted my ID first before scanning the bottle

For being state run I have never had a problem with getting what I wanted, asking for advice or getting hassled over my consistently beat up ID cards. At 30 years old, I have a harder time buying a can of spray paint at Walmart then I do getting a bottle of vodka here. Prices are also what I consider good. If I remember correctly, prices are set by looking at the states akin to Idaho and some sort of formula. So considering it's your only choice for A it's pretty darn good.

Helen was the most helpful person I have ever met in a liquor store. Because of her I'm trying peanut butter whiskey and Godiva chocolate for the first time.

The only place to buy liquor in Idaho so this rating means absolutely nothing. Where else you gonna go, stupid? Yeah. That's what I thought.
