I have spent days looking for the right mattress and adjustable bed. When I walked into Mattress Firm and met Justin I knew it would be a good visit. And it was the best!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions about. I not only bought a mattress and adjustable bed Justin told me it would be delivered in four days!!! I will tell everyone about the great service I received at mattress firm!! Thank you Justin!!!

This place was great and the service . I tried out a lot of beds and found the one I wanted. The employee was so nice is to help me out with everything. I would definitely go here again and tell my friends and family too.

Great Experience! Scott was the best! Listened to what I was looking for in an adjustable new bed. To help with back and neck pain. He went so above average to really care about not only me. But everybody that entered the store when I was there! I would very highly recommend this store to shop for a new bed!

Had an excellent shopping experience with Sales Rep Angie. She is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and most important patient! It had been a very long time since I have bought a bed and was at first a bit overwhelmed by all the different choices. Angie took the time to explain all the features and benefits of each type. I never felt rushed or pressured. Even when the store got quite busy, Angis did a great job of working with multiple customers and was there when I had more questions. The website was really great. Were able to preview mattresses and find one's we could test here in Nampa. Sales person, Angie was fantastic. She let us take our time . Overall experience was great.

Scott was amazing at the Nampa location. After a bad experience with Neno at the Garden City location, in which he did not know corporate policy, turned away a sale, and was completely rude, we decided to drive to the next nearest Nampa location to attempt to purchase our Stearnes and Foster mattress. Scott was beyond knowledgeable and ensured our experience was amazing!! Highly recommended.
