Ivory Denture Care

I had a really bad experience with dentures from Creekside Dental and I decided to look elsewhere. I found Ivory Denture Care in Yakima and I have to say that the front office woman " Jan" was the most helpful, courteous, understanding person. She went above and beyond taking care of the insurance phone calls and explaining things to me. The Denturist himself was very knowledgeable and kind. I give Jan a 5 star rating. Because of her, I will be getting brand new dentures that I just know will be great ones. Thank you Ivory Dental Care and Thank You Jan

I am impressed. Professional, high quality and very customer focused. Bill does a great job with dentures and is very responsive and knowledgeable. Jan at the front desk has bent over backwards for me. Very polite, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them

Went with friend few yrs back.was leery of receptionist because of bad reviews of her conduct.found out she had had rough few yrs prior with her husband terminally i ill and he had died.she was lost.gave her hope,encouragement as she did a great job with my friend and other patients.the dentures were outstanding,well made.i would give the receptionist a chance.i beleive the bad reviews was when her husband was soo sick.please forgive her and trust ivory dentures.rhey know what they are doing

This place is good. Seriously, I recommend Ivory Dentures for anyone who needs a denturist. Bill is very professional and has a pleasant, low key yet expertise that I wish I could have found years ago. Jan at the front desk is very good at her job and I would again highly recommend this place. I couldn't be happier.

The front office manager was screaming and arguing over the phone and rudely told us to sit down until she was done.

Wow. I've never experienced this kind of rude and unprofessional treatment at a medical/service oriented facility. The front desk person, Jan, was beyond obnoxious. Seriously, mental illness is about the only explanation for such over the top bad behavior. With her screaming and yelling, arguing with everything we said, and cutting us off before we could even complete our responses to her angry demands, we were half expecting someone to jump out and say "got you!" If you have to use these people, I'm sorry for you. But here's an invaluable bit of advice that can really help: when you interact with Jan, think four year old having a tantrum and DO NOT interrupt her smoke break.

Absolutely the worst! I would not recommend. Unfortunately every encounter we have had with the receptionist Jan has been very unpleasant.

the front receptionist started screaming at my client before we even walked in the door because she had her phone in her hand!!!! then proceeded to argue with her that she cant help her because the referring dentist hasnt emailed a plan!!! what does a plan have to do with filling out new patient forms!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely rude receptionist and horrible customer service, I wouldn't go here if someone paid me too!!
