Got my usual fall treat, a pumpkin spice latte, and enjoyed my good book! 🩷👩‍🏫📚🎃

This morning there was a system error and my order did not come through, one of the barista’s Addison, made sure that I got my drink in a timely manner, and followed up repeatedly, I didn’t even have to mention it. She is an absolute All-Star, and deserves all the praise for excellent customer service! We need more people like Addison and customer service!

I honestly never liked Starbucks much, however it's grown on me. Plus I'm obsessed with their cold cups 🤣 This location is always super nice, friendly service, the drive thru moves fast, and they rarely mess up my drinks. Would definitely recommend this location if you like Starbucks.

I got the best group of Starbucks young people yesterday. They were so friendly and welcoming. I feel like many coffee shops in Yakima don’t care about their customers anymore, but that was not the case here. One guy in particular waited patiently as I figured out how to log back in my app before I paid. One of the girls was helpful in helping me pick out a drink, and one guy made friendly conversation as he cleaned up. Whoever their team leader is did a great job in training them. It’s very important to me to feel welcomed in a space I go to work or meet up with friends. The names of this amazing group of young people were Cam, Jeff, Bailey, and Victor. Thank you ⭐

These guys are great. Staff is always friendly & seem to enjoy their work, which is refreshing. My order is out quickly & my favorite drink is always perfect. Keep up the good work. BTW, this is the only Starbucks I go to in Yakima because they do such a good job.

The staff is the shining star of my review. Great and positive attitudes all around. Would love to come here more often. Definitely a gem in terms of customer service.

Iced Peach Green Tea so yummy

I bought a beautiful vacuum sealed coffee bean storage container. If your serious about coffee you are serious about fresh coffee beans.

I went through the drive-thru a few days ago and was helped by a gentleman named Jeff, I can’t quieted remember if thats his name or not. Either way he was so nice and was super outgoing. I really appreciate this and hope people can learn just how much kindness and joy can spread from such little things, Jeff you’re amazing. Every one should be more like you.

Have to give a shout out to Jamie who works there! My drinks are always amazing and she recommends the best sandwich combos, the avocado spread was amazing with the grilled cheese. She's always so friendly and sweet and her coworkers are as well. Thankyou all for the great experiences and fabulous customer service!!

I do enjoy this nob hill neighborhood starbuck..it's q great place to meet and it's quiet and can have great catch up conversations with great coffee or drinks and snack food.. all good stuff all around for other food choices or to take home after a visit.. 4-5 🌟 🤩

Clean, SUCH friendly staff and delicious ! Nice place to stay to do some college homework during my lunch! What more can you ask? Usually busy after 10:30.

They were a little slow, I think short staffed, but very good service and the drinks were great!
