I got the avocado toast which is so basic it’s hard to mess up BUT THE COFFEE 🤤🤤🤤 I’ve been thinking about the Squash Latte and the Vanilla Corn Cappuccino for a month now just dreaming of when I can make the 35 minute drive for COFFEE 💀 it’s a must. I will say seating inside is a bit rough with all the students camped out with their laptops. I felt like I was defending my table and chairs while I waited for my other two friends to arrive which makes ordering a little stressful since you have to get in line to order the waitresses doesn’t come to your table. They place is clean though as they do clear your table and are very attentive to that. Great chill atmosphere, like I said lots of students. Can’t wait to go back!

A very cool place. Very unique dishes with Mexican flair for breakfast . My kids didn't love it, but I'm a foodie and would go back in a heartbeat. The vibe there is chill too and decor mix of modern and antique/classic.

We loved this local place on our recent trip to Phoenix! Came around 1:30 after a hike and enjoyed a wonderful patio table with no wait. Their espresso martini was insanely good and so was the tamale bowl and masa cake! Our friend had the veggie burger and said it was really good, too. The ambiance was chill, fun and perfect for a non-rushed late lunch with friends.

This place was interesting and tasty. It’s a cafe right in front of an antique shop. I ordered the parfait (bomb and beautiful) and my bf got the egg sandwich (he loved it). My cajeta coffee was delicious. So glad we made the effort to visit.

This place is awesome, great environment, lots of shops around including the modern place in the same building. The churro waffle was amazing. I had a squash sticky bun to go, so moist and delicious. Definitely will be back.

This place is a unique experience and I strongly recommend it.

It has the best atmosphere of any coffee shop I have visited in Phoenix. High end furnishings and vibrant music made me feel like I stepped out of my normal humdrum reality.

So I’m giving them 5 stars mostly for atmosphere.

I think the croissant would have been good if the barista had not accidentally left it in the oven to long whiles heading it up :-/

The coffee was on the fruity / sour side. I know some people love this type of flavorful coffee but I prefer more nutty flavors.

Service could have been better. Millennial hipsters struggle with this it seems.

We enjoyed an amazing dinner for Valentine's Day. The grilled squid was perfect. We had the pasta as well. We topped off the dinner with a couple specialty cocktails in the cocktail bar. What a treat!

The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was phenomenal. Our server described the food as family style servings and they were indeed just that. We ordered 3 different sized plates and it was enough to feed 4 people. All of the different styles which gave us a variety of flavors and it was hands down one of the best meals I've had in a while. Definitely going to come back again. The drink I really enjoyed which I've never had before was the espresso martini, it was made to perfection.

The part coffee lounge, part eatery, part bar, and a little bit weird is an apt description.

Cool use of regional ingredients. Decent selection of veg/gf options for brunch (ie some options). Killer specialty coffee drink menu. Great execution.

When they mellowed out the music a bit the vibe was 👌.

Will be back.

Stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday and had a great time. Huge open dining area with a bar along the right side where you order your food and drinks. The food and drink menu were very interesting, tons of unique options. My mom had a mimosa and I got the hatch chile margarita which came in a super cute boot cup. 🤠

The food was delicious. My stepdad ordered the burger with tater tots and when I heard him order it, I said make it ✌ and I don’t regret my choice. My mom had the little gem salad with smoked trout that looked so good.

I was being nosy and looking at everyone’s food around me and everything looked great. I don’t think you could order a bad dish here. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Great place for lunch/dinner.

Oh! And when we went on a Saturday morning they said that all wine bottles were 1/2 off. That’s a deal. 🍷

Pro tip: make sure to check out modern manor before you leave because they have a bunch of cute furniture and assorted items to peruse in the back.

Such an adorable brunch spot with a really excellent and large antique shop in back. Had a great time and really enjoyed my iced mocha.

I also ordered the tacos on the brunch menu - so filling and flavorful!

Would definitely try to get there earlier on a Saturday morning because I did see the line get longer as I was sitting down.

It’s the type of place where you order at the counter and then sit anywhere that’s available and they bring over your food. All staff were friendly and helpful and the vibes were lively and cute.

Great tasting food, casual environment, kind and friendly staff! Unique take on common dishes and very tasty! Their pastries are a MUST! I appreciate the kind staff helping me with my beverages while my hands were full with my kids.
Only downside is the couch seating it not comfortable for eating (though worked great with my kids!).

I’m a sucker for hipster food/coffee spots and Valentine is an exceptional example of the genre. Staff was super friendly and gave great advice. Coffee was funky and delicious, I had the Cajeta Latte, it’s not too sweet and has a pleasant caramel flavor. Churro Waffle was amazing. Get one to share, don’t think, just do it.
Pork Chop was a fabulous crispy fried delight sitting in delicious porky chile gravy. Valentine was so good we came back for dinner the same night!

First time here today for brunch on a Saturday. It was busy, but not too crowded which was nice because we were able to get a table right away. We ordered at the coffee bar, sat down, and they brought us our food and drinks. The pastries were so delicious. Their version of Irish coffee was the bomb! Very unique and so delicious and strong. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The vibe is chill and the music is nice. It was clean and airy. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

What a nice place to dine! Clever menu, dark, yet friendly atmosphere, plusxa furniture store! My gin and tonic was deliciously sweet with the addition of elderflower. Bison tatar tostada, very nice! Elote pasta with crunchy corn, very very nice. Sirloin steak...so good! The bar behind the restaurant was equally clever and relaxing. Burnt honey cake for dessert...marvelous

Awesome atmosphere. The service is impeccable and the food is great but the drinks we ordered were not very good. But they also did the right thing and comped them upon letting them know as we pivoted to the wine options. I would definitely go back again and recommend.

A great spot for dinner or breakfast. The coffee menu is amazing. Must have for dinner is the crudo.
Donny does not disappoint. The menu is outstanding.

Earthy food with flair. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Our appetizers were amazing. The pretzel with seasoned butter and honeycomb is alone worth a visit.

Just a truly inspiring and lovely meal. The space is amazing. It feels like you’re dining in a beautiful mid century modern home. It’s bright and warm. The dishes are so thoughtfully plated and the elements of each are so unique and delicious. The elote pasta and chicken were spectacular. Really great flavors and textures. Service was a little bit on the “just ok” side. But all in all we had an amazing meal.

Amazing dining experience. Booked a 6 top with co-workers in for a conference. This was a great place for everyone to spend time together. My boss is a foodie who travels around the world to try unique restaurants and he kept saying how great the meal was. The ambiance was great. It was trendy, not too loud and great lighting. Our reservation was delayed, so they bought us a round in their cocktail lounge. Then the food was delicious. We ordered broadly and no dish was disappointing. A very unique blend of authentic southwestern ingredients prepared with a creative asian flair. The wine and dessert complemented the food perfectly. Just a great experience all around, I can not recommend it highly enough.
