I went here out of convenience, the location is near my work. I was pleasantly surprised. The clutch went out in my Jeep and normally I would do the work myself but because I needed it done sooner than later and did not want to bother with towing I took a chance on BIC Automotive. They had my Jeep done in a day and a half. Not only did they repair my clutch but they fixed and adjusted a few other lingering problems I haven't had time to take care of. They stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable especially for the high quality of work they do. Both mechanics I talked to were very professional. I strongly recommend this garage for all your automotive needs.

Brian and Matt are timely, courteous, and attentive to details. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received during my interactions with them during the fixing of a couple work trucks. My husband is now taking in his truck to get worked on also, so we will be return customers for sure!

Had a bad experience at autometrics and was in the market for a good mechanic shop. We took it here to get a second opinion and replace a oil seal and found out it's a common issue for our make/model and it's a labor intensive job but the part is 10 bucks lol. Anyhow these wonderful people quoted us at 800 when we called EVERYONE IN YAKIMA and the average was around 1400. Well based on the car being perfectly fine other than a bad seal, that wouldn't do us any good fixing because it would happen again because it's a design flaw, they not only refunded our money without us asking but even delivered it for free and still gave us some advice. I'm so grateful I gave them this 5 star review. They also gave me a quote for undercoating spray for 100 bucks. Great deal. I will return if I ever need any help with a vehicle. polite staff, mechanic was a awesome dude. Yes this place asks for money up front, but it will cost you half as much as other shops. This is a family owned business. Father and son are the mechanics and run the shop. They are honest and hard working. I've had Matt work on my car a few times and every time I see him he always has a smile on his face. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Just bought our family 👪 a new car. Went to a different shop before we went to BIC. We thought they were cool. Had a few mistakes that could have been avoided and my husband was very upset with them. Said we needed to find better shop. Stopped in to BIC remember seeing them on my way to work. They were very helpful!! Explained everything they did and what was going on. Then even brought Phobe home to us. Saved us alot of time and money! Would recommend them any day!! Thanks BIC

Went in for work on my ac summer 2021. Realized it was broken on the hottest days of summer. They fixed it and got it working. The car had a freon leak that I later brought the car back in for and they quickly fixed that and had me back on the road. Would recommend

BIC is accommodating and reliable, I first went here when I realized I had a bad bearing before heading out of town. They were the only shop out of 5 that I called willing to get me in ASAP. 2 years later and I have been back twice for different issues. I'm happy with their work!

Brian is very honest and a good mechanic. He has taken care of us for 20 years. He stands by his work. Brothers In Christ Automotive is a great Christian family business.

I appreciate Brian's help. We broke down in Yakima and had our car towed to his shop. He had us back on the road the next day.
