Wow! I love the consistency of the Burger King 👑 menu and the people who work to make the best hamburgers and fries for us all!🍟😋 I enjoy going to lunch with my sister at our local Burger King restaurants and I always order the Bacon King double cheeseburger with pickles, lettuce and mayo. No catsup or mustard for that extra special clean burger taste.🤤 I love it! Because it's delicious!! 😋 Thanks again for another great burger! 🍔😁 Having it your way, is still a thing! 😉 ❤

We visited as a treat after the first day of school. My children were tired and hangry and the frozen coke machine was not working. Tears were starting but Miguel who came in early for his shift to help the short handed crew stepped in and mentioned ice cream. It saved the day. The entire crew worked so hard to meet the after school rush. The food arrived hot, fast, and delicious. Miguel cleaned off tables in the play area for us. The crew was so kind, full of smiles, and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this location for the quality, hardworking people that they employ.

This Burger King is my favorite in Yakima. The food has always been hot even after placing my mobile order a while before hand. The workers are very attentive as well. I've ordered Bacon Kings, Royal Crispy Chickens and Classic Chicken Sandwiches. Everything has came out fantastic! Their fries are amazing of course. I will keep coming here for sure!

As always, we used our coupons. Didn't wait long, all the food was delivered, even a sack to take out the extra sandwich.

Today my brother and I had lunch at Burger King and the food was very tasty.
He had the bacon king meal and I had the whopper jr meal. Lots of seating and an indoor playground for the kiddos.

It is one of my two favorite fast food places for a quick breakfast. Love the McMuffin with egg, cheese, and sausage.

Ahh man, whopper Wednesday $3, can't beat that flame broiled taste!

Good place for when you feel like having a whopper, smiling friendly customer service and my kid loves playing here 😊 especially when the weather is bad outside

The crew here has a level of friendliness and energy that is rarely seen. Hearing them cooperate and call out encouragement to each other is awesome and it shows in the quality of the food: fast, accurate, and well put together. I highly recommend this location!

Fries were just made and tasted delicious. The Manager is terrific. He's great with his employees and customers. Food tasted good and is well prepared.

Great food fir even better price

Really quick service. The cashier was very patient while my child was being indecisive about what to eat. The play area was clean and well maintained without the normal stick tables and floors I have come to expect from play areas on fast food establishments. The food was well prepared and tasted good. Somewhere I would go again for a quick bite and to let the kid run around when it is cold outside. Bathrooms were well cleaned and stocked.

We live closer to another BK so it had been a while since we have been to this one. But I was impressed. Enough to leave a 2nd review after already doing one for their own survey site. Why? Because we have all gotten use to lowering expectations for fast food. Maybe it's hot, maybe it's fast, maybe it's cheap. But all 3? Hitting the trifecta at a fast food restaurant is very rare. It was dinner time, too. But they did it. The only suggestion I have is more sauce on the limited time Italian chicken sandwich. Otherwise, well done.

Great service and great food

A drive-thru experience at the Nob Hill Burger King in Yakima Washington:
My window don't go down on my car so when I pulled up to the speaker to order I shut my engine off so the engine noise wouldn't make it hard to hear and opened my door to place my order.
After placing my order my engine wouldn't start back up.
I told the gal on the speaker what happened and she sent two customer service employees out to help me and they pushed my car to a pull out spot in front of the pickup window while I waited for another store employee to come around with his personal car and gave me a jump start.
There were no honking horns everybody was incredibly polite and helpful and understanding and as you can imagine I was very embarrassed to begin with so I was very happy for their assistance and they even got my order correct. Smile

Actually brought me my food

We usually sit inside, but today I went through the drive through and as always, love their burgers. They're one of our favorites.

Great place to take the kids. Very friendly staff.

The employees are Great! Never had a problem with an order and they are always smiling and checking on you when you dine in if everything is ok. Big play area for the kids and family. Also they provide a tv area separated from the regular dining area.

TwoTypical Burger King atmosphere. Clean fast service. I prefer the flame-broiled flavor of BK burgers but was surprised by the price hike. Cost $17.00 for two meals.
