Mike is absolutely a lovely person. My sister passed away in the hospital today without any funeral arrangements. Mike came up to the hospital; met our family in a loving, respectful way. He explained all the options, and did not pressure in any way to go with any option. He brought paperwork to us, transported my sister to their facility, and alleviated every concern. Absolutely a wonderful experience on an extremely difficult day.
