Edmond Chevrolet Buick GMC

As someone who's purchased numerous used/new vehicles, I'd like to consider myself as a well-educated buyer who's familiar with the whole car-buying experience thing. Which is why I truly hate shopping for a vehicle. Sure, its fun to drive the latest makes and models, but why does it seem like it takes a whole day just to look at 1-2 cars?

My experience at Edmond Chevrolet was, however; quite different than what I've experience all-too often in the past.

Instead of being 'pulled' in different directions (in an attempt to wear me out, frustrate me, and just get me to 'sign'), the staff at Edmond listened to what I wanted, looked at my offer, made a fair deal based on that info.

I was in-and-out in less time than a typical doctor's appointment! I realize not all buyers are as prepared as I was, but my experience at Edmond Chevrolet has (finally) proven to me that car buying can be efficient, stress-free, and even a little fun!

Thanks to Jayson, Bobbi and the team at Edmond for getting me in the car I wanted, pain free and with no regrets :-)

Follow up April, 2021. I spoke with the GM about a 2021 Yukon. Turns out they didn't make enough money on the first deal to want to work with me again. At least that's the only explanation that makes sense. Yes, I put too many miles on a loaner car traveling back/forth to funeral and family. Wouldn't have been an issue if my vehicle wasn't in the shop for 3 weeks.

Could not be more satisfied ! Beautiful 2017 GMC Terrain... Salesman Pete Peterson was outstanding ! Our old 2014 Terrain was a great Car also.

I needed a remote for my locks and trunk ( key faub) and they ordered it, programmed it and turned off a tire sensor that needed to reset all within less than a half hour total time from start to finish. Of course I had to wait to the part to come in, but everything was quick and people were very friendly and sociable!

Super friendly, not pushy, answered all my questions, very responsive to messages and inquiries. Highly recommend! Gery the salesman and Valerie the customer service specialist were great!!

Got my car inspected there and they had a really nice lounge area with free water and coffee. Everybody was really nice and the service was quick!

I needed a replacement key for my truck because mine was having a hard time . they made one for me from the vin number now I can start my truck without playing with the key
