Fantastic experience here this past week. I'm from ON and was riding the Pennsylvania BDRX when my bike developed an intermittent no start issue that got progressively worse to the point I was bump starting it. Stopped in at Charlie's on a Saturday morning, the guy working the counter was helpful but warned me most of their technicians were off. It turns out the owner had stepped in to check on things on his day off and he graciously offered to take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the clutch safety switch was the problem, he bypassed it and I was good to go again. All in under 10 minutes and no charge. This kind of customer service simply does not exist in my area. PA you're lucky to have a place like this and an owner that clearly cares about customers. Thank you Charlie and your team! P.S. I Bought this Kawy in 2018 from Charlie's. Had to drop this off to their shop for a complete motor rebuilt in 2021. The guys were great and kept me updated regularly til the parts arrived. I recommend Charlie's Cycle shop. Thanks again guys!

Charlie is always great to deal with. Always there with a smile willing to help. They are very knowledgeable and will get you the stuff you need. I buy my parts there all the time.

Found the bike I wanted at this dealership, price was among the lowest in the country according to cycletrader. I live a bit far, but Matt was willing to deliver for a small fee. Despite being busy, Matt was also happy to answer all my questions by phone, without making me feel like I was bothering him. The bike showed up as expected and met the description. Easy transaction and I would highly recommend. Loving the wee strom!

I have an older motorcycle and have become emotionally attached to it. Charlie got right to the point and was upfront with cost and expectations, so that I understood the reality of determining at what point I wanted to consider cutting my losses. Needless to say, the carburetor was repaired and that oldie but goodie is up and running. So extremely happy with the results and highly recommend the service here as there were no surprises, communication was direct, and it exceeded my expectations!

Amazing price and had tires and had tires in stock. Plus cheaper than anyone else around. They were even able to change tire today just stopping in

I was on an 11,000 mile motorcycle trip to all 48 states. I needed a oil change. After getting turned down by two Harley Davidson dealerships Charlie’s took me right in and serviced my bike. In and out in less than an hour.

Matt understands exactly what a buyer needs to know before making a long-distance motorcycle purchase. They will check for and remediate any concerns you have about buying a motorcycle remotely. They are completely committed to customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. These guys will take care of you.

I am from Ohio and noticed my front tire had become very damaged and was afraid to continue riding the bike. I called and they said to come by and they stayed open to replace it and get me back on the road. Very nice guys and couldn't be happier with my experience.

The only place in Bradford or surrounding areas to trust with motorcycle and Four wheeler repairs. They are all Powersports enthusiasts, not just people working a job. The labor rate is $20 less than the competition and the service department is just better than the rest. Just go here and don’t waste your time elsewhere.

My wife and I took a trip on our heritage softail on rt 6 from eastern PA to Erie. On our way back the bike started running rough.We made it to Bradford & stayed in a hotel for the night. I found out about Charlie from one of the firemen in town.I took it the next morning and he diagnosed the problem, located the part &we were on the road in an hour and made it home to eastern PA that evening. Thanks so much Charlie excellent shop and mechanics.

We want to thank Charlie for being so nice and helpful!!! We came up to Majestic Trails all the way from Alabama!!! When we started to go on our first ride on the bikes, one died and wouldn't do anything. We talked to Charlie over the phone and he said bring it on over. He helped us go over the bike until we figured out the problem!!! You cant beat service like that!!! Thank you Charlie!!

Sorry to say but this place is the best place I ever been too I came all the way from New York just so they can work on my bike and I’m planning to go back to service my bikes there too the employees are very very friendly and professional and helped me out with my atv when it broke down they didn’t have the part I needed but new I was in town for only that day and went totally out of there way to get my bike running so my weekend wouldn’t be ruined I give these guys 10 stars!!! Strongly recommend this place

Went in and looked around to see what they had in stock. The place has some nice things. They are really growing and the showroom is nice and organized.
