Kalena was outstanding! I sent my husband for a pickup order (he’s not usually in Old Navy) and she was a fantastic help. Fast turnaround for the order!

Went there today to return 2 items and buy 2 new pairs of pants. Manager asked if I needed help. Told her what pants I wanted and size. The woman said they didn't have they but she would order they at the sales price. That I paid for the returned pair. And she did everything standing at the pants table...never had to get in the crazy line...now that's what you call great cucumber service...
