I had a great experience with this company. They came at the exact time that they said they would, and they went out of their way to help me. Jameel and Johnathan were very professional and helpful. Thank you both!

They have had my elliptical for 2 weeks and haven't called to schedule my install. I have called now 3 times asking when it will be scheduled and each time I was told 'someone call you soon it's been assigned to a tech.'

I would not recommend using this company. I feel they are holding my equipment hostage at this point. I can understand a few days but 2 weeks?

If I could rate negative stars, I would. WORST customer service I have ever received. I've never written to a company to tell them how unhappy I was until today. I tried to make an appointment to get a treadmill assembled and after calling 10 separate times over the course of 2 weeks, I finally cancelled. Reps are rude and incompetent. They kept saying (promising) someone would call back and it NEVER EVER happened. Such a complete joke! When I did cancel the lady was rude and HUNG UP on me. HOW DO YOU GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS????

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I was to have a basketball hoop installed and the company canceled with no reason on 2 occasions, 3 occasions for “weather” even after confirming the appointment the day before, and the one time the technician did show up, he didn’t have the proper tools for the type of hoop I got, so he needed to cancel. Do not use Select express!!

This company is garbage. They Lie and cancel on you every chance they get. 5 weeks have gone by and my basketball net that I ordered from Dicks is still not installed. Its a bright sunny day with a chance of rain and The guy calls and tells me it might rain so hes canceling. This is after he lied to us and the company Select the week before. He delivered the net and instead of installing the cement like he was supposed to, he left and said that nobody was there. 2 people were home and answered the door when he delivered it inside my garage which was closed. He came back the following day with a bad attitude becuase i was at work and got there a few min behind him. Maybe show up when youre supposed to and this wouldnt be a problem. Im not one to leave bad reviews and bash people but dont expect good service from this company or Dicks. Read the rest of the reviews... They speak for themselves.

Never, ever use these people. Bordering on if they are scammers or not and if I should go to the police. They will cancel on you last minute every single time. They will promise to call you back to reschedule pick up times but I have yet to hear from them. I hope you don’t get sucked into their scam. Stay away

Told I was receiving a delivery. Had to stay home all day to let them inside No one showed up No one called No one answered at the office. Stay with Fed EX. UPS or Amazon. This is a bad experience to avoid

Worst delivery company ever, they keep changing my delivery date and time without letting me know, next time you buy something and see that this company is delivering your order, CANCEL IT ASAP, pay almost 1k for delivery and assembly for nothing

These people suck. Do not use them for anything.
