Had an ongoing issue with my car that was serviced at other Nissan dealers with no resolve. I finally took my vehicle to Conicelli and after obtaining the correct code, worked with the warranty company to replace my faulty transmission. Tony was great and communicated exactly what was going on and got me in a loaner during the 2 week fix. Very happy with my service experience.

First I want to say customer service here was outstanding. I greeted by Ralston Hamilton. I explained to him this was my first time coming here. He explained to me pull my car up and come back to see him. I explained to him I have appointment today..He then told him Gary would be my next contact person. I sat there waiting to hear the latest on my vehicle. I didn't realize they going to need for about a day cause they have order the part.But he said " Don't worry we can put you in a rental while car being fixed.."I really wasn't expecting that..That truly was a blessing..I live by myself. So really don't have a lot of friends to depend on. So while car be fixed Gary informed me all updates. He was called me before the day was over. My car was there for about three days. I returned the rental..No ABS light on Dashboard..I very Very happy with worked done to my vehicle..Any other problems I will be back..Also I live 13 miles from the dealership..But it's definitely worth the trip..Thank you Guys so much 😀

I usually take my business to the Turnersville, NJ location. I came to Conicelli Nissan as it was conveniently located to near my work. I made the right choice in bringing my vehicle to be serviced here. My expectations were exceeded with the friendly staff and the speedy maintenance of my car.

My Dad and I purchased our second car (Nissan Pathfinder and Frontier) from Rich Anderson. This was by far the most enjoyable experience for buying a car. Always a good experience at Conicelli; however Val exceeded expectations. Her communication with providing all the information I needed about the car and the lease Vs finance options was outstanding. Val went out of her way to even take a video inside and out of the Nissan Pathfinder i was interested in explaining in detail. Her follow up was professional and timely. Love my new pathfinder!
