Justin and his team inspected and made minor repairs to my roof when it was identified the workmanship of the builder's roofing team (on my 3 y/o townhouse) was not to standard which put me at risk for leaks...which my neighbor already experienced. The team was timely, responsive, polite, and affordable. I am confident Justin and his crew helped me possibly avoid a future, more costly problem.

We had Justin install a new bathroom skylight a few years ago. He responded quickly with a quote. We had quotes that were outrageous from different companies. We went with Justin because he was honest and fair. They did a great job and were professional.
After our wind/rainstorm this week, we noticed something on the roof. We were thinking about what to do, when we saw Jason's truck parked outside our house. He was working on a neighbor's roof, but was willing to climb up to see what was in the roof. It was a rib bone! Apparently, a large bird had dropped it. We had him look around while up there. He did nail down some loose flashing and sealed aound it.
We really appreciated that Jason and his brother were willing to take a look without an appointment. Nice, honest guys. Don't hesitate to call them!

Just had a roof completed by Justin Cohen Contracting. Justin is honest and his crew did an excellent job installing and cleaning up after replacing my roof. He managed the install well and was onsite to answer any questions. The cost of the roofing job was fair and was better than other quotes I had received for the same quality of roof. I have had many roofers perform repairs in the past but Justin’s work has always surpassed them all. I would highly recommend Justin for any roofing jobs in the future.

I needed a small repair done on my roof. Literally less then $200 job. It’s hard to get people to come out and do work when it’s just something small but my issue was causing a leak in my attic which could have led to bigger problems. I got in touch with Justin who came out and did the job quickly with no issues, no hassles. Really appreciated the ease of dealing with him. Just referred him to someone else needing a much bigger job!

Justin's awesome! It's clear to our family he is not interested in finding ways to maximize his personal gain if it doesn't help both of us. Let's face it: we all have our own areas of expertise, and if one of your areas isn't home repair and maintenance, it can be scary to have anyone out to your house to tell you "what's really going on" with your home. The wrong choice - and the wrong person - can lead you down a dangerous rabbit hole. Thousands of dollars for repairs that only one of us knows won't fix the issue. While there have been multiple times Justin has come out to do great paid work, there have been just as many times when he's come out and simply given us helpful advice on next steps. Sometimes, that leads to work for him down the line. Sometimes, it doesn't. But this just goes to show how much he values building customers for life over simply separating people from their wallets whenever seemingly possible. We totally recommend him and his team for any roofing, siding, and gutter projects you have in mind!

These guys were amazing! Did everything professionally and....clean up...oh Man. All I can say is WOW". The team of guys were like a well oiled machine, and I had a BIG roof. They took the old one off and put a new one on in the same day! Incredible! Best roofing contractor I've ever run across.
