Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

My kids love coming it's their favorite place to have fun and play in the arcade we are always there!! We love all the staff there especially Bri she's always so nice and friendly she treats us great!! We have also had many birthday parties booked for my kids here they always go so smoothly and if any issues happened they were quickly handled!!

What a fun day for our kids birthday. Not sure who had more fun, the kids or the parents. Trampolines, zipline, gyro bumper cars. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a go-cart track. If you have any disputes with your kids or your spouse, great place to go an joust it out on the jousting beam. Enjoy.

I loved the facility! My family had a really nice time! There were plenty of things for everyone of all ages to do. Plus, the park was pretty clean.

We brought a group of young adults that are part of a social group to jump tonight. Every single staff member from the owners ,to thee check-in associate , the zipline/ropes course support as well the snack bar attendants were kind, accommodating and so efficient getting our entire group through each part of the night. There are so many fun activities for all physical levels . We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a good time! The kids complimented the food too. Some top picks were the pizza, the chicken tenders and the nachos! Thank you all!

First time holding a party there. The kids had a blast. The entire venue is incredibly clean. Our room aide (or "party host') was Ryder who was attentive, helpful, and on top of his game. Would recommend to fellow parents.

Had a birthday party for my 4 year old son, and it was excellent. The manager accommodated our religious dietary restrictions, Erin the planner was very sweet, and Adam, the host was very kind and helpful. Also appreciated the hand sanitizer and napkins everywhere, especially during cold/flu season. Friends and family all had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend, and we would gladly visit again (and maybe even book another birthday party)!

One of the best management/ ownership styles and attitudes I have ever come across. Sometimes with franchises you cannot help customers with the way things are setup that can be frustrating, like not being able to check your arcade card online or over the phone. The manager Jamie went above and beyond to help and made mine and my son's day amazing, Thank you!

We celebrated our daughter’s sixth the birthday and it was a flawless experience thanks to our excellent party host, Ryder. He took care of every detail and made every child feel welcomed. I highly recommend Urban Air!

We had a birthday party for my grandson's 6th, it was completely stress free. The room was clean, setup, quiet. Staff was attentive, friendly, know how to properly cut cake(impressive) and cleaned up promptly. Food was on point, and the kids had a blast. Another birthday in the books, fun was had by both kids & adults. We'll be back!!

Your worker Jarius was so helpful and we enjoyed our conversation with him. He should get a raise because he was a great employee. Also there was no wait and this is a great place to have birthday parties or to just go and play.

We went to Urbain Air East Norriton to celebrate our child’s Birthday party. It was a great experience, the place was clean and the attention was great. Special thanks to our party host Ryder who went above and beyond!!! Definitely recommend this place.

I had my daughters birthday party there last week and it was so amazing! We had 15 kids and a room. We never felt rushed to do anything. And my kids always talk about how much they LOVE the pizza from there! We were able to bring our own cake, and all of the party guests didn’t want to leave when the party was over! Our hosts went above and beyond for anything we needed, and the staff was so friendly! We can’t wait to go back!!

Ask about the memberships, they are definitely worth buying! $15 per month per child, for unlimited visits. My kids love it there, and it's super slow during the week for people like me who don't want big crowds.

Had my daughters 9th birthday party In a party room. Ryder was an amazing party host. He was very polite and informative. Very smooth operation. Stress Free ! He was also training Bri and she was just as helpful. Overall great experience I would highly recommend.

I have been here multiple times and the experience just gets better and better ! The manager bri is one of the BEST ! She’s so kind and caring! I had an issue one time I was there & she stopped everything she was doing just to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable considering I was 5 months pregnant & was very limited on what I could do with my son & husband. She went above and beyond ! The staff there is also so positive & they let kids be kids !! Ofcorse they keep they’re safety precautions in place & abide by all rules but it’s nice to also go somewhere that lets kids just have fun & let them be wild ! Kids need that ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 5 stars !

Urban Air is so much fun and highly recommended for birthday parties! Visually appealing, there are so many different activities to keep kids, both big and little, occupied for hours.

We booked a 2 hour party which came with a room, party host, and very tasty pizza. Kids can play for an hour, eat, and then play for the rest of the day if they'd like (guests are not required to leave once the party is over).

Activities include an obstacle ball pit course, a sky ride, trampoline, a jousting trampoline, arcades, and more. Book your party early as it fill up.
