I have been looking for years for a bra that fits me. I have a smaller cup and larger band, and I have tried almost everything. As someone who worked in retail for 10 years, I’m picky when it comes to guest service. Rebecca helped get me sized, and brought me nearly every bra in the store to try on. She was beyond helpful, kind, easy going, and stylish! She even helped me find some sale options. I walked away with three great fitting bras for less than $100. I would recommend anyone to have Rebecca help you shop in that store! Thank you so much Rebecca!

I was a little nervous to go in and be sized, I'm a little self conscious of my size. Lydia made my visit such a wonderful experience!! She made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. She grabbed all sizes until we found the perfect fit, she showed me around all the sales in my size, including online. Lydia deserves 5 stars all to herself for going above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. THANK YOU LYDIA!! ❤

They always have great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! The selection of clothes is great, they have casual, business, lounge wear, athletic wear, and occasionally formal wear. The bra selection is fabulous, every size u can imagine. They no longer carry shoes in the store (very disappointing).

Incredibly impressed by the hospitality I received from Lydia and Kelly. They even helped me find a new style of jean I wouldn’t usually navigate towards. Just a couple of genuinely kind ladies and such an accommodating experience! Thanks y’all.

This is a nice store. I thought they had closed down but now realize they have a new location in the same parking lot as the Best Buy in Nampa. The employees are very helpful and warm.

I've shopped there for my 1st time today and had a GREAT Experience with Bobbie! Loved how she jumped right in becoming my personal Bra Shopping Assistant taking the time to measure me and provide the right fits for the styles I liked along with her advice on how it looked on me. Bra Shopping was always hectic for me until my experience with Bobbie at Lane Bryant in Nampa, ID. Thank you for making it easy, I'll be back for sure!!!

Did a style appointment and it was AMAZING. I had such a great time. My stylist had me try on things I didn't think would look good on me and I'm so glad that she did. Can't wait for summer to hit so I can do some more shopping 😁

Needing a new bra this week and decided to pop into Lane Bryant for a quick in and out purchase this Sunday. While staring at the huge selection of bras on the wall Lisa approached me and quickly helped me calculate (recent weight loss) and find the perfect size! A quick try on and her assessing that the fit was indeed perfect, I was out of there in less then ten minutes! Lisa was fabulous as well as the other girls making sure I knew the deals of this week. I’m so thankful to have a plus size store in Nampa with women who are caring and beyond helpful!

The ladies here are amazing. Always welcoming and always willing to help you out. I was in a rush and in desperate need of a new blazer, I called a head and the ladies pulled blazers in my prospective size. I picked a gorgeous pink one! Also they are very willing to make sure you have the proper size.

Slight down side nothing to do with the service but with the system, when finding the right size you have to call out your size you need. This is a judge free zone but it's still a little exposing emotionally.

I used to take my ex in to purchase clothing. This time I took my teen daughter who's rather uncomfortable bra shopping at other stores. She was sized for a bra and was able to pick a couple. The staff, as usual, was very helpful to her as well as to myself for the purchase.

I didn't have much time to spare, I knew what I needed when I walked in and described the items to the staff. The sales associate knew right where to go. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Krista, you were amazing!!!! Thank you!

The customer service and overall friendliness of this location is amazing now! They remember my name, what I've bought in the past and have really gone above and beyond! I love that if they don't have what you need they can order it for you.

Bra bone issue went to return/ exchange. It wasn't a lane Bryant bra but the lady was nice about it.
