Don-Len Trophies

From the smallest order to the largest order there is never a problem. Barb, Dan, and Joe in the office are ready willing and able to assist with anything they can. GREAT STAFF!!! Pricing is not an issue very competitive. Willing to assist with anything and everything you need printed, embroidered or trophies from 1 piece to whatever number is needed. The shirts never fade or lose color. I will continue to use Don Len for any and all of my shirts, trophies and lunch bags, etc.

I love dealing with this company.....love it. They make u feel like they want your business....will work for and with you on any project and try to accommodate you. I have used them for my husbands business, my rental business and my design business. Not only do they have a quality product delivered on time but it is the most reasonable out there. For monogramming it is absolutely the best and I have referred fellow designers to them

I needed uniforms for Bridgeport Little League. Due to Covid, our season got off to a late start, and we needed the order to be rushed. One of our board members had recommended Don Len. The staff was great to work with and the order was completed perfectly, and on time - I will be placing all our future orders with Don Len

I've been buying our shirts, jackets and all other apparel from Don Len for years. Their Tee's never fade, and their embroidery work is flawless. Joe in their office is great to work with and it's impossible to think of going anywhere else.

Reliable, consistent and have orders ready when promised on shorter notices. Pick up can be tricky with no front desk staff. Would recommend overall.

My company has been doing business with Don-Len for more than a decade, but after our experience with them this year, we won't be doing business with them again. We ordered company shirts from them in January. They didn't realize we had actually made the order until a month later, when I reached out to see how our order was coming along. They then used a prior order to fill our order, so the quantities and sizes were all off. They asked us to pay for their mistake, which we did. They then took another month or so to send us the appropriate remaining sizes, but they were short 10 embroidered shirts, which they have promised us on about a half dozen separate occasions, We received 5 of the shirts about 2 months ago, more than 6 months after the original order. We're still waiting on the final 5. Which they've again promised us four times over the past six weeks. Did I mention again that we (officially) ordered these shirts in February, and it's now late-October. They moved from Conshohocken to Pottstown at the beginning of the year, which they neglected to mention tome when we ordered...so I was expecting some moving pains and confusion. But this has been the single worst and most frustrating customer service experience of my lifetime. We ordered in the Winter, paid in full for this order in the Spring, and we're halfway through Fall, and it's still not fulfilled.

Do not do business with them. Placed an order over a month ago and canceled the same day because their shipping is more than product. I was told they would refund $170. Followed up a week later and was told it was being processed. Now I can’t get a response by phone, email or text. Still no refund. So no trophy, no refund. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Absolutely ridiculous business to deal with. Paid for a small order two months ago. Have received nothing but excuses. They claim to have mailed multiple plates however none have ever been received. Every time you inquire you get told sorry they'll send it out soon. Next week. Next week. Next week. Sorry, next week. Done with it. Avoid. Dishonest business practices at work here. Clownish. I'd order somewhere else if I were you.

On Monday, March 28, 2016, I dropped an item off to be embroidered. Once I dropped it off, I was informed that they should be able to do it, however, if they were not able to complete the task, I would receive a call later on in the afternoon. If I did not receive a call, I can expect to pick the item up on Friday, April 1. I was informed if something should change, I would receive a call. Before I left the store, I inquired whether or not it was possible to pick the item up Thursday instead, as I am not in this area often and it takes me about an hour to get to this area. Thursday came around and I called to see if the order was ready for pickup. I was informed that it was almost complete and would be ready around 5:00pm. I had to be to work at 5, so I was not able to pick up the item on that day. Today, April 4, 2016, I called to inquire if I could use a credit or debit card to pay for my order. A young lady answered the phone and asked me what time would I be coming and I responded and said around 1:00 and she said that was ok, and it would be ready. Moments later, I received a phone call saying my order was in fact not ready, had not even been started, and would not be ready until tomorrow. I placed my order with this company and trusted that it would be completed within a timely fashion. I expected to give this item to somebody on their birthday TODAY!! Had I known this task could not have been completed, I would've chosen another vendor. This is my first time using this company and I can truly say that I am highly disappointed with the customer service that I have received and this places a huge burden and inconvenience on me. The simple fact that I received false information, not once but twice and the fact that nobody even had the decency to give me a phone call prior to today is completely unacceptable.
