Seems to be short staffed most of the time; techs and nurses do not work as a team; one tech and one nurse have been at that facility for 20 plus years...its time for the two of them to move on; the nurse does not help during shift change...the techs struggle to meet put on times due to a nurse not wanting to help...this is very frustrating to the patients...doctors at that location don't seem to care as to whether or not the patients are put on in a timely manner....out of the clinical staff techs seem to frequently come and go due to two staff members who have been their the longest out of anyone and only want things done their way....if you are new to dialysis look for another facility...
