Although I didn't have too much contact with him throughout our adoption case, he got the job done. His secretary is an absolute wonderful lady. I felt his price for the adoption was fair. They got us the outcome we wanted.

$1,625 for my child custody case and contempt with paternal parent. Modified custody..$1,625 for custodial interference, obstruction, and trespassing.two dismissed. got 2 years probation for trespassing.

The odds were against me when I asked Loren for help fighting for custody of my daughter. Living in a different state, removing my daughter from her mom, and separating her from her siblings, was a tough task. Loren has so much experience with family law, that he was able to stay calm when I would get frustrated, and he fought the fight for me professionally. I rarely give anyone an "Excellent" because no one really ever does an "Excellent" job. But if you ever need someone to be at your side during a terrible event Loren Bingham is the man you want to go too. He is a great man, a little gruff but you cannot help but like him.

Was willing to work with me on low payments when my divorce and custody started up, took only half the retainer down and is still willing to work with me on payments. He won my case as best as it could be won.

I sought out an attorney for as a father in a child custody case. I had never gone through any situation like this so not knowing what my rights were or how much custody I could reasonably get. I was extremely disappointed in Lorens efforts on my case. I don't know if it was because I was not a high dollar client but not one single time did I get an answer or recommendation from Loren. It was always something to the effect of, what would you like to do, how would you like that to be put.. type responses following a multiple choice question. The papers literally ended up being what the mother and I talked about and I told him her and I talked about. Nothing more, nothing less. Loren provided no value as an attorney beyond me saving printer ink and delivering the papers.

The only reason i gave one star is because i couldn't rate zero which is what he deserves, BTW susanne boden who gave him 5 stars to raise his rate well thats his paralegal, she was helpful but if your looking for some one who will stand up and fight for you in court it is NOT Loren he didn't present any of my evidence out of 6 exhibits only one made it into the hearing and he did not argue against the lies presented by opposing counsel, in fact im convinced he never read a shred of our file....definitely, i feel like i would have been better off representing myself, I even made a stipulation offer and told him to make the offer, i never found out until i fired him that the offer was never made. My children continue to suffer at the hands of their abuser and all Loren seemed to care about was how to drag things out longer so he could make more money......

Wish I could put negative stars but cant. first of all he's so bad that he has to have his secretaries write five star reviews. You can never get ahold of him unless if you're in new client after you have hired him he will never call you back. Makes promises that he never keeps. Do not waste your money or time on this guy.

He is an absolute waste of time and money. He will not show evidence that he is given. His vocabulary consists of *uh, um and oh* I fired him for a lawyer that filed a motion to show what I gave and things are better than they were with him. Save the money and find someone better

Horrible experience dealing with a guardianship case. Careful who your neighbors are, they might just take your newborn and never give him back! This isnt my attorney office it's the people who have my son's attorney office!

I would not hire this attorney for anything! Never returnes calls and Secretary is very rude on the phone
