Extremely unprofessional staff. We are still waiting for a report from a death that occurred nearly one year ago. I have spoken to Megan from the office nearly every month if not every other month just to be given the run around. Last she told me the report was complete in December! Still nothing. We've had to contact an attorney because contacting the office has proven futile.
