Cleanest self storage facility I've ever used, it was built in 2018 so it's fairly new

Area is clean and well kept management is friendly and it was reasonably priced

I wouldn't rent anywhere else. Safe, secure and the management is THE BEST!

Im giving three stars because the management seems to be exceptional. These units are clean and new, and they are very responsive to messages and knowledgeable.

But! Missing the two stars, because there is no gutter system on these units, so in poor weather, it dumps water/rain all over your head and creates puddles in front of the units. And also because there is absolutely no snow removal, and in a two-wheel drive vehicle, you cannot access these units in wintertime because of it.

I ended my rental agreement because the deep snow/slush/ruts were terrible, and they did not plan for a place to push snow/plow when building these particular units.

If my rating was based on management alone, it would have been a five star review.

Side Note: when I began using this unit, there was no signage for exiting the facility. There is a small green button to the left of the gate, and occasionally they tape up signage, but I was definitely locked in until “guessing” that I should try pushing a random small green button in a box. They should probably update to a metal sign that is secured so it doesnt come off, so their first-time tenants dont get locked in.

I have been renting with this facility for almost 4 years now. I have never had any problems until recently. My gate code was wiped, I called 4 different times because no one ever called me back to let me know what was going on. Last month I went to put stuff in my unit and one of their locks was on it. I called 3 or 4 different times and left messages. Never received a call back. This past weekend I went again, still one of their locks on my unit! I have called several times, left several messages and still nothing from them. They have taken my money from my account so not sure what the problem is and why no one answers their phone or can call anyone back! I would be cautious about renting from here unless they fix this problem!

This business is just out to make a quick dollar. Rented a unit on the 10th of the month, was charged a full months rent and assumed I was getting a full month’s storage. Was locked out of the unit after the fifth of the next month and when I called to find out what was going on, I was informed they don’t prorate if you don’t start renting at the first of the month and I was being charged a $15 late fee on top of next months rental. I asked if he would waive the late fee considering I’d misinterpreted the agreement and he refused, said that was how the rental business goes. I’ve dealt with several local storage companies and never charged full price for 20 days of storage. Money hungry … plain and simple. Will be giving my money to a local company that deserves it, not a company like this.

Didn't bother to plow the lot. Now my unit has water running into it. Several other units seem to be in the same situation. Just lazy
