Tavern at Valley Forge

Service was phenomenal, & Fast enough for an hour lunch. It has such great lighting in there. The food was great, I had a crab cake(lump) sandwich w/ fries for $10. They have a great $10 lunch special plus cheap drinks under $10. This place is a all round winner for food & service!

everything was great. The hostess took care to accommodate my elderly mother. The wait staff was professional and had everything memorized. The food selection was phenomenal and difficult to make a decision because it all sounded excellent. Highly recommend. (in pic: top is greens and salmon salad, bottom is the jumbalya)

Great lunch specials. I had their version of a French Dip sandwich. One word!! FABULOUS!!! The beef was tender and moist, nicely melted cheese and a wonderfully toasted roll. The Au Jus was flavorful and just right. Service was friendly and fast.

Had lunch here today and it was a pleasant experience all around. Our server was polite and attentive and the food was pretty good. Try the homemade cheese steak rolls as an app, if you're into that kind of thing. Kudos to the management. Will be back. BTW, if you're a beer drinker they have a good bottle selection in the fridge.

Had a family get together of 25 and without much notice they accommodated us. Staff was fantastic, very friendly and professional. Atmosphere was great, very clean. Everyone ordered something different and everyone said it was great. I had wings and the roast beef sandwich, very tasty and plentiful. I'm from area but now live out of state. I will definitely come back here

Visited here several times now and everything on the menu is consistently fabulous. Atmosphere is relaxed, not too loud, not too quiet. Just a great place to get a first rate meal, and a few drinks. Excellent beer selection as well. The steak tips are highly addictive however.

I had a feeling this place would become a favorite when I moved in nearby and was right. Their food is consistently good, but beyond that, all of their servers are incredibly friendly. It's some of the most genuinely nice service I've had at a restaurant. Keep up the great work, guys.

I never knew this place existed! $10 lunch specials were amazing. We had wonderful meals, fish and chips were delicate and delicious. The hamburger was cooked perfectly. . Can't wait to get back to try the regular menu items!

Always great! See their menu online. They have a great outdoor deck with some tent coverage. Have enjoyed: beet salad, the Mahi Mahi, and the country chicken. And everything else looks good too! Owner Jeff is very personable and hospitable. Have had a lot of great wait staff too! A new favorite!

Long time neighborhood favorite burned in 2013 and finally reopened about 2017 rebuilt with new name and a bit more fancy menu. But I love it again. Brussel sprouts with bacon and balsamic vinegrette were awesome last week. Sandwiches and fries just great. Nice heated tent too.

We ate under the canopy on a warm October night. Comfort food well prepared. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes (real potatoes with skin included, awesome), crispy brussel sprouts, tasty mussels. Good beer selection. Reasonable price.

Love the staff. Food is good but a little pricey. Karoake on Fridays with Glen & Terry is awesome. Great selection of songs to choose from. The people who come there are nice and supportive of all singers.

Nice selection of dishes, our party had burgers, salmon, the beef-tip wedge salad, and a great Tuscan chicken sandwich. The calamari was excellent, as were the truffle fries and sweet potato fries. Quite a variety of delicious beverages, too. Very nice service and a nice atmosphere.

A friendly place with decent food and a nice selection of beer. Servers are attentive and never too busy to help. David, the bar tender, knew his clients well and made my first visit a good experience.

The prime rib cheese steak is a must try. The wings were good too. Came here after work with a large group. We had 2 people waiting on us. We all had a great time.
