I’ve been seeing Sherrie for lip filler for a few years now. She always does an amazing job and she makes my anxious self feel super comfortable during the process. I always love my results and can tell Sherrie truly cares about ensuring my lips look perfect before I leave. Ive also had the pleasure of having services done by Alex. She is so knowledgeable and I can tell she’s passionate about what she does! I will always come to flawless simply because of their amazing staff! ❤

My first visit and customer service exceeded all expectations! The spa is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. My service was with Alex who was straightforward and honest about my skin concern without pushing me into additional services. She made some recommendations during the consultation and we agreed on a reasonable course of action. Looking forward to my next visit and I highly recommend Flawless!

I have been coming to flawless for a year now, my results have exceeded my expectations. Michelle and Leia are always welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. Sammantha, Alex and Brianna are always very professional, highly knowledgeable and very straightforward with any and all of the treatments I have received. I think that is important to be given all the information and they let you decide what you want to do or not do!

This was my first time ever getting a facial and it was great! The customer service was excellent! Brianna was very nice and even recommended products I could use in the future. She talked to me about some of my skin concerns and told me what the process would look like in the following days. Overall would definitely go again!

I am completely floored by the level of care, cleanliness, affordability, and most importantly my RESULTS from my very first treatment at Flawless Med Spa!

Sherri provided me with the most comforting experience in my 60-minute consult and treatment, walking me through my options and listening closely to what it is that I wanted out of my first experience. In this treatment, I softened my nasolabial folds (smile lines) and used the remaining filler to further emphasize my lips with a lip flip treatment. Throughout it all, Sherri made sure to check on me and allow me to see my progress as we moved through the treatment.

Once done, I was greeted by Leia and Jackie at the front desk. Both were incredibly kind and personable, with Leia ensuring that the transaction accounted for all incentives available (DO sign up for the Allē app to save $$$) and Jackie just being so friendly and warm!

Overall- this level of service cannot go without proper praise. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for such an incredible experience. You have a returning customer in me! ♥

Having been in to the office 2 times now for Scarlett Laser txmt, I am so impressed. The staff is fabulous. Cathy is a wizard with the laser machine. Really! Today I had lip filler with my nurse Jackie. She is phenomenal! My lips look amazing she made me feel very comfortable. Alex is the sweetest person she tattooed my eyebrows and did a beautiful job. I was very nervous, but she mad me feel comfortable. I really enjoy my visits at Flawless it's a friendly and warm environment and I will continue coming for more treatment and product. 🙂

Jackie, Sherri, Leia have been absolutely wonderful! They communicated very well and answered all of the questions that I had. I was very hesitant to use a spa for my tattoo removal, but from the moment I had my conference call with video with Kathy I felt comfortable, upon arrival for my appointment I was greeted with smiling faces, the lady who checked me in was very informative and professional, I apologize I can’t remember the name, my appointment was at 10:45 on 5/12/2022, please acknowledge this woman who was more than helpful, upon entering the room Samantha was very informative and made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the machine which I found fascinating. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable with a modern decor. I will definitely be back for my future appointments for the tattoo removal. Thanks again!!
