A big thank you to Conicelli Hyundai service Department! Had to get my vehicle towed in which needed a new transmission and did not want to take it to the dealership I purchased it from due to several repair issues I've had with them. The 3 different times I've been there for service have always been pleasant. I thought my vehicle would be unavailable for atleast a month this time, you gave me enough time to figure out how to get the money for the 9pmnew transmission and once I made the deposit on friday, the vehicle was ready by Monday and it runs better than when I first purchased the vehicle..So blessed and grateful for your great service.

Will never buy a hyundai again. Received a call this moring and was told by the service center that they are not accepting customers. I have a 2023 Hyundai Elantra and this location denied me for service. This is my first and last time buying a Hyundai. You get what you pay for. When I searched online, this seems to be a common problem with the Hyundai horn.

I changed my review. This dealership was quick to respond to my complaint. They were able resolve the issue and my vehicle was prompltly fixed. I am very pleased with the service. In business there are sometines issues that come about. The one thing that separates the great ones from the subpar ones is the ability to make fast adjustments. Conicelli Hyundai is a great business. Thank you.

Great, service fairly smooth process nothing on their end. From start to finish I was updated and aware of all changes and new options.

Terrific service reps, very reasonable pricing. Rep went out of his way to find and apply all available discounts. No "extra" issues found to pad the bill - just a heads-up re tire wear. I really like this service center, so much so, that even after I moved to where there is a more convenient Hyundai dealership just up the road, I continue to come here.

Everyone at Conicelli is so efficient at their job, they love what they do and it shows. From scheduling the appointment, to the wait time I was there for the service to check out, they are top notch! I only get my vehicle serviced here and they have always taken care of it as if it was their own. A nice place to do business is so true of their slogan! Local family owned and run business!

I had an engine knock with low oil. Diagnostic was bearing wear and engine needed replacement. My service advisor was Paul Bonner who explained the whole process from Testing to Warranty replacement and was professional and courteous . He gave me phone updates and I was surprised by how quickly my Tucson was ready for pickup. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. Booked the appointment on line. Easy parking when I arrived. I was greeted nicely by an attendant. The service writer was ready for me and very friendly. I handed her my keys, went out to breakfast, came back an hour later and it was done. I don’t know if a courtesy check was performed because no information was given to me other than a filter replacement recommendation, but all in all I was very happy with the service. Good job, everyone.

I had my Santa Fe in for a recall service and an oil change. Everyone has always been pleasant, polite and helpful. They took the time to inform me of a deal on a service that I’ve had in the past saving me about half the cost. Done in a reasonable amount of time as usual too! Very nice people!

Oh my! I accidentally went to my 30,000 mile maintenance appointment exactly 1 week early, which I didn't even realize until everything was done and I came back home, because they accommodated me without saying a word! The check-in person simply said "Sorry if it might take a while, we're very busy today" - and they actually got done in only about 1 hour. I was so impressed! They deserve 10 stars for their kindness.

At this location I’ve had my sunroof replaced, oil changed, blown speakers replaced, and a engine replaced. This work was done in a timely manner, with exceptional work performed. Ray, the Service Manager, worked diligently on ordering and obtaining the necessary parts needed for the repairs. I figured I’d be without my car for an extended period of time when the engine needed to be replaced. To my surprise, Ray placed the order immediately and received the engine the following day. Ray seen to it that the parts were available, and this made it possible for me to get my car back a lot sooner then expected. Great job Ray!

I always have a good experience with the service department at Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain everything to you without being condescending and offer discounts whenever they’re available. This time, I brought my car in the night before for a recall issue. They sent me an email first thing in the morning to let me know they had checked my car in and called just a few hours later to say the work was done. Such a smooth process!

Tim went above and beyond to find my extended warranty information when we found out the original dealership I'd bought from was under new management and didn't have my information. He was able to find my information and make sure all my manufacturer repairs were covered (front passenger & driver side passenger door actuators were frozen and needed replacement) Service was speedy for what needed to be done and the waiting area was comfortable with outlets so I could do school work while I waited. Everyone was welcoming and following COVID protocols. Great experience all in all.

I had to bring in my car for end of lease inspection and get new wipers. The service tech advisors were very nice. I never had a problem with them in all the years I have been going there. They even called me to double check I wanted wipers. Also the shuttle gentleman, didn't get his name, was very nice and courteous. Overall good experience.

As usual, I received exceptional service. Communication with this team is the greatest! Immediately informed of other things that maybe of importance. (Inspection) The shuttle service is very convenient and on time leaving the facility and picking you up. The waiting room is nice and so are the people that work behind the customer service desk. Can you ask for anything more? Thanx.

This was my first visit at this dealership and the person that referred me was definitely right that they have excellent customer service and the servicepersons DO NOT try to tell you other things are wrong with your car when it actually isn't. I had a small snafu when I arrived but the gentleman fixed it quickly and my car was serviced and the atmosphere was friendly and professional. I will be using them again.

First time I used the shuttle service offered here. They went above and beyond to get me to work when one of the shuttle drivers called out sick. Had Joe drive me to work, can not thank them enough! This dealership is Great!!!

I had a check engine light and warning message come up on my car display. Shortly after that the car would not shift out of 2nd gear. I stopped at Conicelli Service and spoke with Paul. He immediately took the car in for a diagnosis they fixed the problem with the VCM and I was on my way as quickly as they could get my car fixed. It was done in about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown by Paul. Thanks to all on the service team team who worked on my car.

Everyone was polite and courteous. The inspection was done promptly so I did not have to wait too long. I have had all of my car service performed here since this was the dealership that sold me my car. I have never had any problems with the service department. By the way, the waiting room was clean and had adequate social distancing precautions.

Great experience. Took care of my car and got me a loaner when part was delayed. Only negative hard to reach service by phone and call goes to third party scheduler with no answer. Web based inquiry for car status would be great.
