$10.50 to preview documents that should be free is an injustice! I don't mind paying $10.50 for a Certified Copy, but I shouldn't have to pay to LOOK at FREE information. Chester County Recorder of Deeds has MUCH better system.

I called to ask for correct recording amounts since the borrower was refinancing and adding someone to title. The clerk I spoke to gave me incorrect information resulting in a recording shortage of $2,704.89.
