I had a very positive visit with Nikki today. She was professional, explained everything to me and answered all the questions I asked. I will recommend Jul Hearing and Nikki to everyone.

My husband was in need of new aids, so my insurance led us to Julie and Nikki at Jul Hearing Aid Solutions, Newport……Julie, the owner, was most knowledgeable and after a hearing test, knew exactly what aids would be best for him. He is a hard man to please sometimes, and it’s only been a few days since he received them, but so far so good. If you decide to give them a try, you will be greeted in the office by a ray of sunshine named Nikki! Both Julie and Nikki are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Jul Hearing Aid Solutions 😀

She was very good she ask questions to better help find a solution to what was going on then was very helpful ( instead of just checking the aids and saying they are working nothing wrong with them. Well I still cannot hear.) that was last place I was going after 4 years I did not go back! Thanks Julie

I recently broke my power mold on my Phonak hearing aid. Jul Hearing Aid Solutions scheduled an appointment with me immediately. My aid was not initially purchased there but Julie was courteous and quick about getting my aid replaced and back to me so I could hear again.
She is very professional and knowledgeable on most all brands of hearing aids.
Professional hearing tests can be done there by appointment.
