Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome - Twin Falls

I wanted to pick a place I have not been before and that was on my route to Arizona.
Quick and easy check in.

My phone started ringing in my room about 30 minutes after I got there and it threw me off, it was someone from the front desk checking to make sure everything was okay in the room.
That was something different I have not experienced in a long long time and it was appreciated.

I slept well and I had a really big room on the first floor.

I did request to have a room where I can look out of my window and see my car, I parked my car right in front of my window and it was perfect.

Very clean and quiet with comfy beds. The staff did a great job letting us know ahead of time about an Idaho Power scheduled maintenace outage and making sure coffee plus a nice spread of breakfast items would be available during the outage.

My only complaints would be the temp of the indoor pool - it was so cold - and our room on the third floor was a bit stuffy. In warm weather I’d definitely request a first floor room.

The rooms were so inviting and the staff was very friendly & accommodating. The bathroom and tub felt like a spa. My stay was so much more comfortable because of the luxurious king-size bed and pillows. If I'm ever in Jerome, Idaho, I'm definitely staying at the Comfort Inn again.

If you don’t like to drive far to get food, if you have door dash or Uber eats, there’s a lot of restaurants available in this location. This hotel was great because it wasn’t that far from visitor center that shows crazy canyon view. They have 24/7 swimming pool which was so nice for my autistic daughter who loves her swimming time. There is also hot tub here too, it is kind of small, but it wasn’t that bad. The view from the swimming pool was nice even though it was just parking lot, but the windows were wide and tall.

Everyone has different likes when it comes to bed comfort, I need mine to be soft, I was not able to sleep comfortably. It is not stiff. My family didn’t mind it at all.

We got really lucky for the front desk who talked with the cleaning service if we can extend the checkout time to 2PM, my daughter was able to experience the swimming pool before we checked out because we came around midnight time the night before. The temperature of the room can be hot inside the swimming pool, don’t forget to bring bottled water! There are no recliner chairs, only sitting chairs. The towels felt too stiff and it wasn’t good for my sensitive skin. Overall, customer service and the comfort was good!

If you’re a traveler and you have family and love fresh warm donuts, order ahead online because they take a while to make them, it’s called Duck Donuts. If you also like scrapbooking or journaling like me, they have stickers that you can buy from them. Their donuts are gooey and tons of selections! Yellow Brick cafe is a must, they close at 2PM, their customer service is great and the indoor decorations are beautiful

This was a great experience! Everyone was super nice to us and personable. Check in was quick and easy and when we asked for an extra crib they provided one right away. The pool was in great condition and the breakfast all tasted great with lots of options. It was affordable and we had a great time! Thanks so much!

Very great place clean and amazing staff. Best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a very very long time. Rooms and atmosphere are very big and clean. Only this is not many food options in the immediate area.

Caitlyn, the young lady at the front desk instantly made me feel I picked the right place to stay!
She was very professional and friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. Over all very very great experience staying here.

The location is great. The check-in was professional. The room and hotel are clean.
The breakfast is far better than most. I found the room quiet. TV could use a better channel selection. Not satellite. Overall it's a good place. I can't fault it.

Joseph was working on a Friday night when we checked in. He was professional, courteous, and accommodating. This is hard to find in younger generations. You will not find anyone who could provide greater service than Joseph. He represents the high quality of the Comfort Inn in Jerome Idaho.

Clean rooms, quiet place, free breakfast, reasonable price, That’s exactly what I need from the hotel.
Absolutely satisfied.

We had an awesome stay. No hidden fees and the girls at the counter were very nice and helpful. We went to Shoshone Falls and Blue Heart Springs and loved how close this was to everything. The gas station in walking distance from here has EVERYTHING, and the guests are just as nice as the employees. The rooms were great and clean. The pool was awesome. Complimentary breakfast was not too bad! The ladies were working their buttons off ensuring everything was in stock.

My feedback is not enough trash bins or bags for trash. The beds were not comfortable and starchy, however sleepable. The TV was poor quality and need to be updated.

I still give this a 5/5 and would come again!

Okay, so there isn't an open fireplace in the lobby, but I guess if I'd paid an extra $100, I wouldn't have been continually surprised at the level of service and amenities. My picture is the first impression I like.

I have stayed here twice and both times I had excellent customer service from checking in to checking out,The rooms that I had were clean and the staff from house keeping to the front desk people were very friendly, On a scale of 1 -10 my score for the staff would be a 20 ,I can tell that the staff go above and beyond 😀

right off the highway! but far enough to be quite. breakfast had a good selection. my room was clean and the shower was hot!

Service was amazing. I have been all over the US for the last 5 yrs and I am a diamond member . This is the the first hotel that offered to free upgrade and I didn't even have to ask . Actually I don't ask because none of the hotel honors the free upgrade anyway so I was impressed. Great work

Very friendly staff, answered questions and offered solutions when asked about gluten free. Would definitely stop again.

Very good price with delicious breakfast. Also unique is you might have the smell of cow manure greeting you in the air, which is good. We are more close to nature~

This is my go-to hotel when passing through Idaho. I enjoy its relative location to restaurants and stores in Twin Falls but moreso that it is on the other side of the highway & quiet. Would recommend for the weary traveler looking for a quiet night in solid rooms, decently maintained.

We enjoyed our one night stay here on the way up to Sun Valley. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel was quiet and efficiently run, and we had a great free breakfast in the morning before we hit the road. We would stay here again for sure!
