Tight schedules on an out-of-town trip, with a McDonald's at hand - what's not to like?
HS kids just getting orders & styling as only the young can do was a minor delay in my ordering.
I got my drink and met the server looking for my table ID. Quick delivery and, as always, the great taste of McDonald's two cheeseburgers meal. Hits the spot since riding my bike days!

Being the one that typically is at around to help teach a lesson... One my order was not correct. But after bringing time their attention they fixed it. It was placed wrong in the machine. Which there for messed up the order. While waiting for the food we played. The toys are clean and well kept. Sitting here in the sun on their free wifi the air smells fresh and kids are playing. :) The staff is kind and they corrected my order. Tis the season!! My only advice would be more frequent wipe downs on the play screens. Thanks for good day!

This is the best McDonalds I’ve been too! It was very clean, the employees were either busy getting/taking orders and others kept busy by cleaning. Everyone was so nice!! Great morale. Freshest food I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We stopped on our way to Oregon and our way back home and both times was so great!

McDonald is good food for fast food probably the best. You get treated good with courtesy and respect. Fast service is awesome.

I went through the drive thru yesterday (07/21/2023) at the Jerome location. There was a lovely young blonde woman at the second window who was very friendly, let me know I had another bag so I didn't drive off, had my drinks already in a carrier, all while taking orders herself as well. I wish I caught her name. But I loved my brief experience there because of her and the food being tasty

I came to this mcdonalds for a big Mac. I was handed a picture perfect big Mac that was cooked to perfection. It even looked like the picture. Nothing fell out of my burger, it was well put together. The onions and lettuce were crisp. The best big mac i have ever had. An all around enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff, dependable, and quick. Breakfast is best!

Best two cheeseburgers I ever had from McDonalds spicy chicken not so much but customer service was great

Went 8/8 around 9 pm. Long road trip stop. They were obviously slammed. Still took the time to refund and remake an accidental miss-order, and every step of the way all workers were pleasant and efficient. Food was good. Great work.

Some days they get your order right most days they don't from the days they do get it right it's good unless it's to hire a newbie then it can get

Excellent service at this location, even on at Saturday at lunchtime. I had a large, complicated order (for seven people each of whom wanted modifications to their order), but employees at this restaurant fulfilled it perfectly! Great job! 👍

Hit the dinner rush, and they got our order right (picky granddaughter) and the team was fast ,friendly and happy. Best McDonald's so far in Magic Valley. Plus first time I was recipient of "PAY IT FORWARD " SO THANK YOU SOMEONE... AND I TOO PAID IT FORWARD... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I was on a roadtrip and stopped by twice, pretty good place, nothing too special but just enough to get me going

Stopped for just a cup of coffee in the middle of an interstate trip. (I've always liked their coffee. Better than Starbucks in my opinion.) Accidentally left my credit card in the machine. Didn't realize it until about 3 hours later. I immediately locked my card (no illicit use seen) and called the store. They had the card in the office, waiting for me to call. I'll pick it up on the return trip. Thankful for honest employees. :-)

It is McDonalds. Food was hot and promptly served. We were traveling with dogs, so we did the drive thru and ate in our car

I have never done a review on McDonald's. Lets face it, they're pretty much all the same. But this one.WOW! is all I can say. Clean, nice, indoor play area, separate birthday room. And the food was hot fresh and made right.

When they are actually paying attention to thier orders and customers, they are great! I've had a couple issues over the years, but for the most part everything has been great!!

This is the best, most friendly McDonald’s I have ever been to and we travel the lower 48 most of the time. Have been to many! Katie was friendly and quite the hustler as far as getting work done while she was training younger employees. I noticed when she had to talk to one about a mistake, she was very direct, yet gave positive reinforcement about it - she deserves more money. It seemed like she made that place run like a tight ship but all employees were happy and friendly. Blaze was responsive and friendly when he greeted us and took our order. He was friendly and when he delivered food, showed excellent skills - “please, thank you and can I get you anything else”. Stephanie was equally as pleasant and had a friendly demeanor. She even came to our table mid-way thru our meal to ask if we needed anything in addition. Overall, an excellent experience. The manager & owner should be grateful to have people who care about their jobs - most of all, Katie, because her work ethic has obviously trickles down to the people she has trained.

We were kindly greeted by two separate staff members upon entering. The lobby and sitting areas were clean and staff was continually wiping down tables, chairs, and sweeping under the tables. Our order was taken promptly and we received our food within five minutes. Food is what is typically expected of McDonalds, but high points were the details that they considered. Namely, sanitation wipes in the play area and an arm hook on the bathroom doors. This location appears to be managed well.

Today I'll give it 5 stars...its the first time in a long time I actually got what I ordered...and the way I wanted it...now if they can do that on a regular basis... I'll be there best costumer...
